I stayed here with two of my teen boys. Absolutely perfect! Location, cleanliness, amenities - if I could give 10 stars, I would! It’s walking distance from Ripley’s Aquarium, Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, Union Station and so much more! The host is great! Very clear instructions on check in and very prompt with communication. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, fresh linen, very clean overall. The neighbourhood is friendly and complete with a lovely restaurant only meters away. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back! :)

très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est excellent, facile d’accès et proche de plusieurs endroits importants. La propriété et la propreté des chambres sont très satisfaisantes, tout est bien entretenu. La nourriture est délicieuse et variée, on y mange très bien. Le service est également remarquable : le personnel est accueillant, respectueux et toujours prêt à aider les clients. Je recommande cet hôtel à toute personne qui cherche un endroit confortable et agréable.

A great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

L'adresse est très pratique. La rue Yonge est à deux pas. Le personnel est sympathique. Un petit-déjeuner simple et gratuit est servi. Cependant, les installations de la maison sont vétustes et la propreté laisse à désirer. La climatisation n'est pas réglable.

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

I stayed for one night between flights at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport, and everything was great. The shuttle picked me up on time and brought me back to the airport promptly the next morning. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My room faced the street, so there was some traffic noise, but it wasn't overly loud and is to be expected for an airport hotel. Overall, a very reliable choice for a stopover!

Booked this hotel after driving five hours to Toronto, Canada for the Haiti vs. Tunisia World Cup game. The booking process was easy. Since it was a late booking, I was able to speak with customer service to advise I would be arriving late at 12:45 AM. The front desk was receptive and friendly. They gave me a wonderful room which was clean with a great view. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious! I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Les chambres étaient un peu vieilles, mais tout était bien jusqu'à ce qu'il arrive au bain. Je jure à Dieu que je pensais que je allais tomber dans le sol la première fois que je suis entrée. Je me sentais comme si vous surfiez chaque fois que vous vous doucez et vous n'avez pas pu fermer vos yeux pour craindre de tomber à l'écart de perdre votre lol. J'étais dans la chambre 452

Tout d'abord, merci pour le surclassement gratuit. La vue depuis la chambre et le salon était superbe, et l'espace était suffisamment grand pour qu'un groupe d'amis puisse se détendre, notamment grâce aux tables de poker et de baby-foot. L'emplacement est également idéal, en plein centre-ville. Cependant, les produits de douche pourraient être améliorés, en particulier le shampoing et le gel douche, et le dentifrice semblait assez sale (heureusement que j'avais le mien). L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale non plus, car j'entendais le couple de la chambre voisine parler, et je me suis sentie un peu mal à l'aise d'utiliser la salle de bain et de me sécher les cheveux après être rentrée tard d'un concert. L'heure d'arrivée est fixe à 16h, même s'il est possible d'arriver jusqu'à 19h30. J'étais un peu perplexe au départ, car j'avais attendu plus de 10 minutes dans l'ancien bâtiment (avant le surclassement) et je ne savais pas si la réceptionniste viendrait me chercher. Une fois sur place, la réceptionniste s'est montrée très aimable et nous a clairement expliqué les équipements et les modalités de départ. Dans l'ensemble, malgré le règlement strict et quelques petits désagréments, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la chambre et mon séjour s'est très bien passé.
