Le service est ce bloc, il faut vraiment beaucoup d'amélioration, la réception est très bonne. Le service du petit déjeuner est vraiment mauvais. Ce petit-déjeuner est arrivé cette fois-ci : j'ai crié à la vieille demi-journée, j'ai vu une tante entrer dans la cuisine, mais elle n'est pas sortie. J'ai crié quelques mots, jusqu'à ce qu'une tante ait parlé de quelqu'un. À ce moment-là, elle est sortie, elle a dit que les gens étaient venus. ”Vous allez faire un bruit, je vois quelqu'un venu. Mais j'ai dit quelques mots, je ne sais pas que c'est vous”, a dit elle voulait préparer quelque chose. Cette fois, c'est 8.23 Voyage, 24 petit déjeuner sorti, 9 h 35 m'est passé, ma tante a dit que je n'avais pas dû manger, je vois le coupon de petit déjeuner à 10 h. Elle a dit que c'était vieux. ”Il n'y a pas de quoi manger maintenant, si tu me fais prendre deux bouteilles de poudre de soupe”, a dit la tante, ”il y a de l'eau chaude blanche. Je l'ai toujours faite bouillir, et enfin, il y a de la soupe. La tante a encore quelques mots. La prochaine fois que tu veux plus tôt, il y a beaucoup de choses. Je vous ai dit de laisser la réception s'installer pour rappeler aux invités que si vous n'avez pas changé le bon de petit déjeuner, vous devriez changer le moment. En résumé, l'attitude de la tante au service du petit déjeuner est vraiment mauvaise.

La deuxième fois que je vis, l'hôtel ici est très bon rapport qualité prix, en particulier Lijiang, la chambre est très grande et propre, le service est très attitude. Les fenêtres de climatisation sont très intelligentes, en particulier les boucles sont très confortables, chaque fois que je viens à Xijiang, ils vivent ici très confortablement.

IInvitéThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

JJenson HiahIl est proche de la gare de Puning, située près de la ville de marchandises (20min de marche) près de la rivière de la ój, cet hôtel accueille la chambre de mahjong pour les clients sur Lvl 12 & 13, parfois ils leur permettent également de jouer dans leur propre chambre, Vous les entendrez tirer leur chaise et balayer la porte très souvent, sauf que l'hôtel offre également un petit déjeuner chinois simple... et enfin ils ont une équipe d'excellents clients service réception, ce qui est vraiment un plus point pour l'hôtel! Le service offert par Kudos à l'hôtel qui a eu une équipe si grande !

À cette époque, je me suis peu déçu mais après 4 ans de réservation récente de l'hôtel mais avec un autre nom, je ne savais pas si c'était le même, enfin quand j'ai arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai découvert le même hôtel mais renouvelé, L'hôtel est un hôtel de première qualité et vous propose un petit déjeuner très professionnel et très confortable.

IInvité設施：怎麼説呢，這是一家老酒店翻新的，表面看起來挺新的，實際上設施還是比較舊的，訂的三間套房，有的廁所小到人都不好進。配套設施不成比例。他家六樓七樓也是他們的，酒店名字不同而已，但是是新的。後面給我們換到上面比較舒服。

The bed was comfortable and the facilities were nice.
Good location in the Gongbei area, around 2.5 km away from the train station. Comfortable bed and flexible check out schedule.
Nobody seem to speak English, but it was no problem as long as you know some basic Chinese or you have a translation app.

LLai Ying LianaThe temperature of the food ( breakfast ) not good , the first day I had , which was very good 👍But the following day , the food was cold , the soya bean drink was diluted . Not keeping the standard
One area l particularly point out is : the staff should not take the food and eat with the customer at the same time !
