Hôtels 3 étoiles à Mudanjiang

I booked for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) for a room from 24 Dec. However we were assigned Room 210, a room with no ventilation (window facing inwards (i.e. wall), where the heat from the heating system were trapped in the room, resulting in a very hot room. We were unable to sleep well due to the heat, we were literally sweating. Feedback to the staff (female which looks like the manager) but were just brushed off that was due to central heating system and different customers may feel that it's not that hot. Well, it's not the same for every room. I feel like telling off the staff to ask her to stay for herself to experience the heat! We took a look at the other rooms (with windows facing outside) when we walked passes and it's not the case. Fortunately we were just staying for 1 night, so we just endure that. Anybody staying here, ask for the rooms with ventilation and defintely do not take Room 210!

Le chef est particulièrement bon. La chambre est également propre et chaude, le prix est très élevé, le cuisinier fait par le chef est très délicieux, le plat nord-est de la route 👍 Le paysage est très beau, les gens ne sont pas trop nombreux, ils sont également proches de la ville de neige, vous devez tous venir! 一家三口剛滑完雪預訂的這個炕房，本來還擔心網上説的東北炕房如何如何不好，在去到民宿之後完全打消了我的顧慮。我們三個人睡的特別踏實。乾淨衞生程度拼得上連鎖酒店的標準。看得出老闆很用心對待每一位客人，不僅是房間，餐廳，廚房都收拾的很乾凈，被褥乾爽，供暖很足，空間寬敞。老闆媽媽燒的東北菜真的很好吃 先不説經濟實惠大碗，味道更是很適合我們這幾個廣東人。老闆一家特別熱情，雖然沒有電梯，還是把我們重重的箱子都幫忙提上去了，還幫着規劃行程，特別好。真心推薦。民宿還免費提供棉襖 小盆友的玩具。寶貝們都玩得很開心。這家會推薦給朋友的！

I always come 5o this hotel in Suifenghe because there are not really othere decent options available for this price. The breakfast sometimes is very poor so I usually do not purchase it. The room overall is good but sometimes it smells a bit too much of cigarettes.

We absolutely love staying in Linzi. The room is traditional type, very clean and warm. It also locates inside many houses nearby with the typical Chinese cultural decoration. I love the mushroom snows, snow sliding. They even provide the serive of transferring your luggage to the bus. Love the place so much

La chambre est super bonne, l'assainissement est propre, l'attitude de service est très bonne, particulièrement satisfaite d'un logement.

Отличный отель, очень чистый. Персонал очень добрый и всегда идет навстречу. В номере есть мини-бар с напитками, но не знаю платный ли он. Если вы едете семьей, учтите, что двери в туалет и душ в любимом китайском стиле — прозрачные и не достающие до потолка. Я бы остановилась в этом отеле еще раз.

Hotel is new and clean as per the trip.com photos, but very poor value at almost $1000 AUD a night (admittedly it was NYE). While new, the quality of the building and amenities is poor, with the TV not even plugged in with no power socket to plug it into even if you wanted to use it (you have to ask for an extension cable...). The bathroom is similar to the local style with the shower and toilet not separated, there is literally a power point right next to the shower. The ladies who clean and service the rooms are very nice and friendly though. It is also located on the 'far end' from the main entrance and so it is a bit of a trek to the bus stop etc.

The hotel is nice and located a few minutes away from jingbo lake scenic spot. We want to express our gratitude to the owner who has upgraded our room to the ground floor from the 1st floor. We were concerned about navigating the stairs with our heavy luggage, and it was such a relief to have a room that was easily accessible. Your kindness and understanding really enhanced our stay. Thank you!

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare TGV, à environ 15 minutes à pied. L'environnement est calme, mais l'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville ; un trajet en taxi coûte 7 RMB. Le personnel est accueillant. Notre pommeau de douche était cassé et, comme c'était le jour férié de la Fête nationale et que le réparateur était absent, le personnel a eu la gentillesse de nous reloger dans une autre chambre, ce qui était très appréciable. Cependant, l'odeur de la canalisation de la salle de bain était assez forte. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un très bel hôtel.
