Hôtels 3 étoiles à Benidorm

The only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio. Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Les chambres sont un peu datées mais vous obtenez une caisse gratuite dans les chambres, vous économisez en désordre en laissant un dépôt à la réception que la plupart des hôtels font. Vous devez garder votre porte avec vous à tout moment parce que vous ne pourrez pas utiliser l'ascenseur ou accéder à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, les repas de soir étaient thématiques nuits, mais il y avait quelque chose pour tous les lits solaires toujours disponibles. Nous avons eu la chance de voir une piscine que nous n'avons pas demandé, c'était un bonus. Je recommande.

Hotel Poseidón Playa est un hôtel 3-star à l'avant-plage idéalement situé à l'opposé de la plage de Poniente à Benidorm, offrant des vues mer méditerranéennes incroyables de toutes les 312 chambres. La position principale est juste à 10-minute à pied de Elche Park et du centre de Benidorm, ce qui la rend parfaite pour les familles et les couples à la recherche d'un séjour plus calme à distance de la vieille zone de Levante Beach. L'hôtel propose un restaurant de buffet avec une grande variété de cuisine locale et internationale, et il se récompense pour son délicieux petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner. Les clients ont deux piscines extérieures, un club pour enfants et des divertissements saisonniers, même si les spectacles de soir sont en moyenne. Les chambres sont propres, équipées de climatisation (juin-septembre), de télévision par satellite et de salle de bains de marbre avec sèche-cheveux, mais certains clients trouvent les sèche-cheveux sous-pouvoir. En général, il s'agit d'une excellente option pour une vacance en plage relaxée avec un excellent repas et une superbe localisation.

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here before, so when I came back to Benidorm, I stayed here again. This time, I was higher up and had a great view of Benidorm and the ocean. The staff were fantastic again. Next time I'm in Benidorm, i will stay here.

Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly. We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room. In future I will save the €7 each per day breakfast charge and just buy a coffee. They do offer food, but it seems to be only very expensive＜€13/14)＞ burgers ordered from a local takeout.

Ubicacion estupenda, trato estupendo, comida muy buena, trato muy bueno, todo estupendo, lo único las almohadas de las camas muy finas, no había algunas para poder poner dos, por lo demás muy bien.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain. And the food… absolutely amazing. Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins. I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back.

Hotel was very good in general - clean, spacious rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast generally very good with large variety, however for us and many others like us, who don't eat pork for example, our options were limited and hotel could perhaps consider adding alternatives to accommodate those which have a different dietary requirement.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
