Our four-night stay at The Bantree was truly exceptional and well worth the investment. The apartment was impeccably clean and exuded an air of luxury. All the appliances were of high quality, which greatly contributed to our family's comfort and relaxation. We found the host to be very responsive, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. We genuinely could not find any imperfections during our stay. Furthermore, the apartment staff were wonderful and demonstrated great respect.

Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

Clean environment

On the plus side: they provide a complimentary airport pickup service. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a better room. The hotel is located closer to the airport than to the city center, so it's a great option if you need to be near the airport or the University of Ghana. The negative side: it's far from the city center, and I think it's too expensive for what the hotel offers. I insisted a lot on the breakfast issue because I had read comments about the problems people had experienced trying to have breakfast there. In my case, I was going to attend some conferences, so punctuality in serving breakfast was important. Although I called reception at 7:00 AM to make sure I could have breakfast at 7:30 and they told me yes, when I went at 7:30 the guy at reception didn't know anything about it and had to go look for breakfast, so I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel and had to take it with me. There's almost no natural light in the room, and the artificial lighting is very dim, so if you like places with plenty of natural light, this isn't the place for you. At 6:00 AM, they start making a lot of noise outside – I understand it's related to cleaning, but it sounds like they're scraping something. I think they should be more respectful of guests' rest. The water pressure isn't enough to wash your hair if you have long hair, and I couldn't get hot water either. I wanted to get a SIM card upon arrival at the airport, but since my flight arrived late, I didn't want to keep the driver waiting. I asked him if there would be any place near the hotel to get a SIM card. He told me he would do it for me because a special card was needed that foreigners didn't have. Even though I asked him if he thought it was possible with just my passport, he said it wasn't possible. He wanted to charge me 100 GHS to do it himself, and I told him I would think about it. In the end, I did it myself with my passport – so it is indeed possible, and they charged me 25 GHS. I had planned to stay 6 more days, but all these events made me end up canceling my stay at this place and moving to another, cheaper place with better service.

L'emplacement de ce Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel a été mon endroit idéal loin de l'agitation de la ville pour plusieurs visites maintenant. Ils offrent une excellente cuisine, des boissons, des chambres propres et un service EXCEPTIONNEL. Première NOURRITURE. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et propose des plats locaux. Le personnel est sympathique et N'OUBLIEZ PAS que les clients aiment et n'aiment pas. Deux, BOISSONS ! Les barmans font un spectacle de mélange de boissons. Cependant, cela peut être la raison pour laquelle le bar peut parfois être occupé et les clients peuvent être IGNORÉS. C'est la seule fois où j'ai vécu quelque chose de négatif pendant mon séjour. Lorsque cela s'est produit, l'un des membres du personnel de l'alimentation et des boissons n'est pas passé inaperçu. Cela m'amène à me concentrer sur le SERVICE EXCEPTIONNEL et le PROFESSIONNALISME. Un monsieur, M. Prosper, qui fait partie de l'équipe des aliments et des boissons, s'est rapidement excusé pour l'incident et s'est assuré de le signaler aux membres du personnel qui étaient en formation à ce moment-là. Le jeune membre du personnel qui m'avait négligé au bar a même localisé ma chambre pour présenter des excuses personnelles. En dehors de cela, le site est bien entretenu et les chambres ont une vue imprenable sur l'océan ou la piscine. Les familles apprécieront également un séjour ou même une journée dans cet endroit CONVIVIAL.

This place is a 10/10 absolutely amazing. Made my trip to and from the airport very easy and had such an amazing night sleep. I am definitely returning to this place. Do not hesitate please, just BOOK!

Loved it. Clean and good customer services. Will certainly book again whenever I am in Accra

Always will come back but I think there needs to be an improvement on the breakfast even if the price steps up a bit
