Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

There was no clean towels they in the washer been washed. The sofa was very uncomfortable. It has huge lumps and gaps in the the cushion. It is completely worn out

It was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The food was also impressive, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both local and international tastes. With a very jovial chef and warm smile creating you as you walk in. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for my stay, yet it still felt like a retreat away from the city’s hustle. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort and style. I’d definitely stay here again!

On the plus side: they provide a complimentary airport pickup service. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a better room. The hotel is located closer to the airport than to the city center, so it's a great option if you need to be near the airport or the University of Ghana. The negative side: it's far from the city center, and I think it's too expensive for what the hotel offers. I insisted a lot on the breakfast issue because I had read comments about the problems people had experienced trying to have breakfast there. In my case, I was going to attend some conferences, so punctuality in serving breakfast was important. Although I called reception at 7:00 AM to make sure I could have breakfast at 7:30 and they told me yes, when I went at 7:30 the guy at reception didn't know anything about it and had to go look for breakfast, so I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel and had to take it with me. There's almost no natural light in the room, and the artificial lighting is very dim, so if you like places with plenty of natural light, this isn't the place for you. At 6:00 AM, they start making a lot of noise outside – I understand it's related to cleaning, but it sounds like they're scraping something. I think they should be more respectful of guests' rest. The water pressure isn't enough to wash your hair if you have long hair, and I couldn't get hot water either. I wanted to get a SIM card upon arrival at the airport, but since my flight arrived late, I didn't want to keep the driver waiting. I asked him if there would be any place near the hotel to get a SIM card. He told me he would do it for me because a special card was needed that foreigners didn't have. Even though I asked him if he thought it was possible with just my passport, he said it wasn't possible. He wanted to charge me 100 GHS to do it himself, and I told him I would think about it. In the end, I did it myself with my passport – so it is indeed possible, and they charged me 25 GHS. I had planned to stay 6 more days, but all these events made me end up canceling my stay at this place and moving to another, cheaper place with better service.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel c'est plutôt un condo / airbnb. Le studio est très bien tout ce qu'il faut pour être autonome. Et les équipements en commun piscines salle de gym haut de gamme piscine en roof top plus tranquille. Un terrain de basket/ tennis en roof top. Un très bon rapport qualité pour la région . Je vais y revenir très souvent

L'établissement est correct, spacieux et offre des équipements qui créent une atmosphère chaleureuse. Cependant, l'environnement est assez bruyant : bruit du marché, de la circulation et de l'église. Il y a eu quelques problèmes avec la chambre et le salon, notamment une odeur désagréable. Le climatiseur a fui, mouillant mes bagages pendant la nuit. J'ai également dû demander un accès internet le lendemain avant de recevoir le mot de passe. Bien que le prix de l'établissement soit raisonnable, il nécessite un meilleur entretien pour offrir une expérience client optimale.

The manager and her staff were very helpful in bringing in our luggage, and getting up at 3 am in the morning to open the gate and help us get a taxi to the airport. Very friendly and helpful. Good location, just 6 km from the airport. The facilities were good, large rooms, soap, towels, etc and comfortable bed. The one negative aspect was the door to our room. The wood around the closing and locking mechanism had been damaged for some reason, but it still locked. Overall, though, facilities were good!
