Hôtels 3 étoiles à Palerme

Nous avons eu une vacances familiales 2-week en Italie, voyageant à Rome, Florence, Naples et Palerme. Notre séjour à Olivezza 27 à Palerme est loin de la BEST! La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée, propre. L'appartement est un jet de pierre du centre-ville, nous pourrions aller à des endroits différents juste à pied. Il est situé dans une zone tranquille et sûre. Nous vous remercions vivement de l'hôpital de Salvo, qui nous a offert de l'aide de manière proactive. Salvo est amiable et soignant. Il parle également très bon anglais. Il nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants, les attractions, les applications utiles. Il nous a aidé avec le service de laver le linge après avoir été complètement avalés dans la pluie de la pluie en un jour. Si vous arrivez à Palermo, Olivuza 27 est le choix PERFECT, fidez-moi.

the stay was amazing! the host and staff are very helpful and nice people! the location is definitely one of the best things, super convenient. the facilities look and feel recently renovated and the room was clean. the host even shared some food recommendations very close to the hotel and all were amazing! they were also very helpful in booking airport transfer for us and was great service and very cost effective. overall is very good value. i would highly recommend this stay.

Our stay was pleasant and memorable. This was our first stay in Sicily. Frontdwsk was helpful in arranging transfers from the airport and we arrived at the B&B quickly and safely just after midnight. We did not expect 1 flight of stairs and struggled a bit with our luggage. The lights along the corridor turned off quickly so you should standby lights from the phone.. overall, we really liked our stay as the location was perfect! Every attraction was within walking distance and the town was wonderful. Oh yes, breakfast across the street in the best cafe was charming too. Really loved our stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!

Our stay at the Sant’ Agostino Apartment in Palermo was very pleasant. The location is one of its best features—situated close to key spots in the city, making it easy to explore Palermo on foot. The apartment itself is well-designed for comfort, with two separate bedrooms and a separate comfort room, giving plenty of space and privacy for families or groups. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want convenience, comfort, and a prime location in Palermo.

La structure est très propre, bien organisée et bien soignée, avec la zone de piscine et baignoire Jacuzzi qui est vraiment un bijoux avec une vue magnifique sur Palerme. Chambre large, lumineuse et très propre. Service professionnel et toujours attentif au détail. Le restaurant est de excellente qualité et de choix. Ils pourraient, selon moi, exploiter la piscine même le soir, vu la grande place et la présence du bar chiosque, avec la musique de fond, et les lumières souples pour un apéritif ou cocktail bord piscine avec vue panoramique. Créer une situation calme, relaxante, où vous pouvez interagir avec les autres invités, simple mais efficace. En effet, la position, un peu hors de main vous oblige à prendre la voiture ou une navette et aller à Palerme. Un conseil, le restaurant est un peu cher, surtout en termes de quantité de portions, même si la qualité est élevée. La pizza est en moyenne générale. Il pourrait demander à plus d'invités de rester au dîner, même si vous devez créer quelque chose, comme je l'ai dit avant, pour faire vivre la belle structure même pendant les heures de soir. Seulement mal connu, après le check-out des 11 heures, vous devez partir. La plupart des installations vous permettent de rester une demi-journée dans la piscine, où il est facile d'avoir des consommations au bar. Je voulais rester jusqu'à 14 heures pour profiter d'une autre heure de Jacuzzi, mais malgré mon demande à plusieurs reprises, ceci m'a été refusé et ne insistant pas, je suis parti. Je reviendrai certainement, parce que je me suis vraiment bien trouvé. J'espère que la direction de l'hôtel prendra mes considérations, non pas comme des critiques, mais comme des conseils.

The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud. My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. And the coffee machine only provided espresso when I pressed macchiato or cappuccino. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
