An absolute 10/10 stay in Nara City! Yamatonoyado KITAKYOBATE is a beautiful, 2-story property that is kept incredibly clean. The layout is perfect for families or groups, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. I was blown away by the number of amenities provided right in the room—they have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. The location in kitakyobate-cho is peaceful yet convenient. Checking in was seamless, and the overall experience was flawless. Will definitely book this place again on my next trip to Japan!

Excellent style japonais. La chambre était très belle et très grande, très traditionnelle. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais j'avais plus attendu, mais à la fin, il était bien. Le propriétaire était gentil mais semblait un peu stressé par les visiteurs. Je vous recommande de visiter Hotobit mais si vous n'avez pas beaucoup de bagages à transporter parce qu'il est un peu loin du centre-ville par marche aussi de tout restaurant. Le bon pensé est que c'est à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus.

酒店乾淨整潔, 在大堂提供卸粧水, 洗面奶, 潤膚露, 晚霜, 棉簽,浴帽等, 還有睡衣,都是自己按需來拿. 房間不大, 但是非常的方便合理, 有護髮素, 牙膏牙刷. 你需要的都有. 一樓有冰水和咖啡,都是免費的. 也有機器可以買各種飲料. 早晨豐富,超出我的期望, 除了大醬湯, 米飯, 小菜以外, 還有玉子, 蔬菜沙拉, 還有5-6種小菜, 有果汁, 橙汁, 麪包等等, 非常的好吃. 酒店位置非常方便, 從奈良近鐵站5號口出來, 轉彎就到. 便利店就在旁邊. 去奈良公園看小鹿是走路的距離. 總之, 非常推薦.

This was a good stay. It's self service access. The amenities are good, it would be very helpful if staff could communicate about left luggage in advance in their information as Nara is notorious for people wanting to leave luggage and options are a challenge! We later found out opposite is there is a place to leave luggage.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel après mi-avril. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre et le service étaient corrects. En revanche, la climatisation était une grosse déception. L'hôtel utilise un système centralisé, ce qui signifie qu'on ne peut pas régler la température soi-même. Malheureusement, elle était réglée autour de 27-28 °C – beaucoup trop chaud ! C'était vraiment inconfortable et je n'ai pas pu dormir correctement. Au final, j'ai dû ouvrir la fenêtre juste pour avoir un peu d'air frais. J'ai remarqué que beaucoup d'autres chambres avaient les fenêtres ouvertes aussi – je n'étais apparemment pas le seul à avoir des difficultés ! Honnêtement, la climatisation était quasiment inutile. Mieux vaut l'éteindre complètement et profiter de l'air frais extérieur.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's within 15 minutes walk from Nara Park as well as several streets full of shops and restaurants. It's also only 5 minutes from the nara-kinetetsu station. The staff were incredibly friendly and the coffee shop is a nice place to sit. The only real negative was the fact that they use very tiny pillows - but they gave me an extra one when I asked and that pretty much solved the issue. Would stay here again if I returned to Nara.

3 minutes à pied à la gare de Liang Liang, à une sortie. En outre, un petit déjeuner supplémentaire a été ajouté à un voyage d'enfants de 7 ans, ce qui a entraîné une augmentation de coût d'environ 275 yuan. La chambre est large et propre. Le dîner est dans la chambre et le petit-déjeuner est dans le restaurant du 1er étage.

Отель расположен удобно, недалеко от станции в тихом районе. Пешком можно дойти до парка Нара и ближайших достопримечательностей. В номере был чайник, чай, стаканчики пластиковые (что неудобно), фен, сушилка для белья, ванные принадлежности, много полотенец. Но на ярусном этаже где кровать очень пыльно. Всё окно и занавески в пыли. Приложила фото.

Conveniently located near Kintetsu-Nara station. The place looks a tad old with some wear-and-tear, and the wooden tiles in my room made a creaking sound whenever being stepped on. Soundproofing was pretty bad – I could hear people walking along the corridor, and voices and sounds coming from neighbours above and below. Staff did not provide clear instructions on how to self-checkout, i.e. where to place the key as there was no indication around the front desk which was unmanned in the early hours of the morning.

首先地理位置，離JR和電鐵奈良站有比較長一段距離，門面還是不錯的，服務員的態度也非常好，一樓有免費的飲料和書可以免費取用。但是酒店硬件設施可以説已經不適宜作為酒店入住了，床、浴室等已太老舊，電視機還不如手提電腦大，比小冰箱還要小一大圈。下水道也堵塞，進門一股下水道臭味撲面而來，應該不會再選擇這家酒店了，不好體驗，當然服務很不錯，但是設施實在太差了。
