« 위치 좋고 뷰도 좋아요. 방도 넓고 시설도 괜찮아요. 거북섬이 좀 휑한 편이긴 하지만 사람 많지 않고 바로 앞이 바다라서 예쁘고 좋은 풍경을 만끽했어요. 재방문 의사도 있습니다.
바닥이나 침구는 깨끗했어요. 화장실나 샤워실도 다 깨끗했습니다. 근데 소파 재질 문제인지 소파 구석이랑 샤워 가운에 음식물 흘린 게 잘 안 지워진 흔적이 있었어요.. 소파는 그렇다치고, 샤워 가운 같은 건 조금 더 신경 쓰시면 더 좋겠네요.

« The room was very cold until 2am in the morning. At first it was 12 degrees, then 14 degrees. I complained to the front desk and they said they had turned the heating on. By midnight it was 18 degrees and then around 22 degrees when I woke up.
I don’t recommend this hotel in winter. »

・部屋は広い。
・一般住宅のように玄関スペースがあり、靴を脱いで部屋に入るスタイルで部屋はキレイ。
・玄関スペースには大型キャリーケースを2-3個を置けるスペースがある。
・ウォークインクローゼットも充分大きい。
・窓も大きく目の前が開けているので開放的。
・スマホの各種充電ケーブル備えてあるのはとてもありがたい。
・シャワールームも充分広く、便座の方まで水浸しになることもない。
・ウォシュレット付き。
（悪かったところ）
・クローゼットに前の人が使って干したと思しきタオルが掛けたままで、ガウンもちゃんと洗濯されているのか不安。
・フェイスタオルは人数分揃っていたが、大きなバスタオルは１枚しか置いてなかった。
・使う必要は無かったがエアコンのリモコンが見当たらなかった。

J'étais au 12ème étage cette fois, mais la salle de bains et la douche étaient séparées et les installations étaient propres.
Globalement, il est resté bien sans manque.

Mais lorsqu'ils ont réservé un hôtel sur Ctrip, ils sont allés à l'hôtel et ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas réservé de service hôtelier sur Ctrip.
Enfin confirmé pendant longtemps avant de me donner la chambre.
Il se sent retardé depuis longtemps.
