Hôtels 3 étoiles à Cuzco

This was an absolutely FANTASTIC stay experience and I recommend it to all travellers to Cusco. The house is conveniently located in the historic centre of Cusco and you can easily access restaurants, cafes, main attractions within a few minutes of walking. The Wanchaq train station is at most a 20-minute walk on the main street of Cusco, thereby making it very safe and easy at any time of the day. Taking an Uber, it is around 20 to 30-minute drive to the Cusco Airport, costing less than PEN 20. The main gates are locked at night for safety, though all staff will make sure that front desk service is still available 24 hours for anyone needing to exit or enter the premises. Communications is conveniently maintained through WhatsApp and made very easy. There is some street noise in the rooms at night including music playing from nearby shops, but that seems to be more prevalent on the weekends. The room and bathroom are well-maintained and have all the necessary amenities, including welcoming packets of coca tea. There is an electric heater in the room for nights with lower temperatures. Breakfast is made-to-order for every item, and it feels like a private restaurant experience. Eggs cooked any way are of top quality; juices are freshly squeezed; breads are toasted warm; coffee and tea are made fresh and refilled at a moment's notice; and the fruit salads are filled with copious amount of fresh fruit. Service is all top notch: homemade breakfast every morning, housekeeping at appropriate times, 24-hour service for late-night arrivals or early-morning departures, and answering questions for travellers - the hosts are absolutely warm and welcoming in every way possible. They also generously kept my large luggage in storage while I travelled to Machu Picchu for two days (coming back to stay again after), which made my trip very convenient. Again, I would recommend this to all travellers to Cusco, especially considering that the value for money is amazing.

Le personnel de Tierra Viva était adorable et bienvenu à l'arrivée, assisté avec des sacs à nos chambres, qui étaient propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner buffet était super et vous pouviez prendre quelques petits déjeuners de base, y compris les œufs faits pour commander.

I stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel. Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far. Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back. I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

Les chambres sont propres et confortables avec un chauffage de stockage et une douche chaude. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés, il était un peu bizarre pour nous quand le récepteur a dit que nous n'avions pas une réservation là même si nous avions et j'avais reçu la confirmation pour lui montrer. Il n'a pas répondu avant que je n'appelle Trip.com service en ligne, puis il a continué à regarder et a dit qu'il l'a trouvé, donc peut-être être conscient de ce qui se passe quand vous arrivez. Il était aussi un peu étrange qu'après avoir vérifié nos bagages, nous avons montré à nos chambres qui étaient à quelques pas et à deux étages et deux ascenseurs, qu'ils n'ont pas aidé avec rien des sacs. Nous n'avons remarqué que cela parce que nous avons beaucoup mieux servi dans d'autres hôtels à Cusco.

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Quartier très calme, non loin de la place principale. Chambre très propre et agréable avec douche chaude. Belle télévision avec Netflix. La chambre était un peu froide, mais c'est le cas dans la plupart des auberges de jeunesse de Cusco. Les hôtes ont créé un groupe WhatsApp, ce qui a été pratique pour organiser une prise en charge à l'aéroport à l'arrivée, mais ils n'ont pas répondu rapidement.

Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel et j'ai découvert que la baignoire n'avait pas de bouchon, alors je leur ai demandé de fournir un bouchon, mais on m'a donné un jour plus tard et aucun lavage à la main n'est fourni. Pas de savon fourni lors de mon dernier jour. De plus, le personnel de l'hôtel m'a demandé de payer 55 $ supplémentaires. 00 car ils ne semblent pas avoir de trace de mon arrivée au Pérou et je suis venu illégalement au Pérou. Je dois en discuter et finalement ils ont trouvé les détails de mon arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et la propreté est bonne également. Mis à part des problèmes mineurs, c'est bien. proche de toutes les commodités.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was very quiet and super relaxing. I had a great recovery post trekking. There wasn’t any noise at all and the bed was very comfortable.

Le prix de la réservation est très bas, mais il est très bon de payer le prix de la réservation. Il a été dit de faire des bagages et de laisser mes affaires à la réception, de vérifier et de re-vérifier. Donc, ne sais pas pourquoi j'avais besoin de payer la deuxième réservation en avance dans ma première réservation (peut-être que je l'annulerais comme je l'avais vraiment tenté). Comme indiqué dans mon poste précédent, les équipements sont gravement manquants, cause de faible approvisionnement en eau, les tuyaux et toilettes sont très lourds et le flux d'eau de la tape est comme le tableau de la nuit et il a été trickling et goutte l'un des premiers Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon.
