Hôtels 3 étoiles à Cuzco

The hotel was in a very good location, within a less than 5 minutes walk to plaza de armas. There was plenty of food options, convenience stores, shops, pharmacies and markets all around. The breakfast was simple but filling featuring juices, cereal, coffee, teas and assortment of cheese, ham and jams. Elmer the owner was very accommodating and attentive to every aspect of our stay. When we asked if there was a toaster, he went out and bought one the next day so that we could have toast. On the days we had early morning tours, they provided us with a packed breakfast. The room was very spacious. At times there was a lack of hot water but after waiting a few minutes, the hot was comes back. It seems to be an issue in the city rather than just this hotel. The hotel was charming, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A canister of oxygen was provided when my partner was suffering from a bit of altitude sickness. Thank you Elmer and Soledad for your excellent hospitality and for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Les chambres sont propres et confortables avec un chauffage de stockage et une douche chaude. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés, il était un peu bizarre pour nous quand le récepteur a dit que nous n'avions pas une réservation là même si nous avions et j'avais reçu la confirmation pour lui montrer. Il n'a pas répondu avant que je n'appelle Trip.com service en ligne, puis il a continué à regarder et a dit qu'il l'a trouvé, donc peut-être être conscient de ce qui se passe quand vous arrivez. Il était aussi un peu étrange qu'après avoir vérifié nos bagages, nous avons montré à nos chambres qui étaient à quelques pas et à deux étages et deux ascenseurs, qu'ils n'ont pas aidé avec rien des sacs. Nous n'avons remarqué que cela parce que nous avons beaucoup mieux servi dans d'autres hôtels à Cusco.

I stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel. Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far. Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back. I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Il y avait un grand salon et une salle à manger, une cuisine ouverte, une chambre, de l'eau chaude et une très belle salle de bain. il n’y avait pratiquement pas de climatisation dans les B&B à Cusco (mais il faisait très chaud midi et soir il fait très froid (2-23 degrés Celsius par jour avec une grande différence de température).

Из за влажности в номере холодно, есть небольшой обогреватель. Во второй раз попросили другой номер, заселили на второй этаж. Номер оказался немного лучше, но с влажностью и вентиляцией история повторилась. Завтраки очень очень скудные, есть яичница, вафли и йогурт и так ежедневно. Вообщем плюсы только за местоположение и отзывчивый персонал!

Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel et j'ai découvert que la baignoire n'avait pas de bouchon, alors je leur ai demandé de fournir un bouchon, mais on m'a donné un jour plus tard et aucun lavage à la main n'est fourni. Pas de savon fourni lors de mon dernier jour. De plus, le personnel de l'hôtel m'a demandé de payer 55 $ supplémentaires. 00 car ils ne semblent pas avoir de trace de mon arrivée au Pérou et je suis venu illégalement au Pérou.
