We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Le centre de la ville était très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons pu bénéficier de rabais Promo sur leurs activités de relaxation spéciales comme Kawa Baignoire, Baignoire de glace, Salt room himalayan, sauna à vapeur... Notre bien-être Butler Rob était si bien placé et même gentil. Les aliments sont je peux dire au bon prix pour son goût. Our family had the most beautiful and memorable stay at this beachfront resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The place itself is simply excellent — peaceful, clean, and perfectly located right in front of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to that breathtaking ocean view every morning was pure happiness. Our room accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for our family. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — you can truly feel that they value their guests’ comfort. Being just steps away from the shore made our stay even more special. Kids were so happy, and as parents, seeing them enjoy every moment made it all worth it. The staff were outstanding — warm, polite, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. Their hospitality made the entire experience even more unforgettable. Overall, it was an excellent place with excellent service and an excellent experience. We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a promise to come back again. Highly recommended for families who want both relaxation and joy by the sea.

Very Nice ambiance kasi po mapuno sya. Ndi mxado mainit.  Medyo pricey ang resto.😮💨lumabas pa kmi for dinner. Pero yung free breakfast super sulit nmn ang servings at yung request ko na happy wedding anniversary written in a plate with slice of cake nasunod nmn. Thank youu so much the Henrys Resort. Bonjour, équipe. Il va certainement revenir à ce paradis merveilleux ! Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Par la réceptionniste, je n'ai pas eu la chance d'obtenir les noms, pour Nathan, le personnel du restaurant, l'amour du spa, kuya qui nous a aidé à choisir le calamansi et je pense que le gestionnaire qui est très attentif et donne le meilleur et nous sentons à la maison. Nous célébrons le anniversaire de mon père. Mes parents étaient vraiment heureux de l'endroit que j'ai choisi et ils disent qu'ils veulent retourner et faire du jardin d'El un endroit où ils veulent se reposer. La nourriture est également étonnante, le jus de pandane et le lieu lui-même. En général, nous avons vraiment un séjour incroyable et merveilleux dans le jardin. Kudos à tout le personnel de ce paradis el jardin.

The place is still on point because it is accessible to malls, churches and even restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was their service. When I enter for the very first time, there are staff who will greet you warmly. It is my second time here but this time with my family. If I can remember correctly, there are 3 or 4 staff at the lobby that day. No one opens the door for us. I have a companion who is a senior citizen. We are 7 in total and carrying out bags. They didn’t offer the trolley if we needed it. But I shrugged it off. We stayed overnight here because we have a relative came from Laguna and we just wanted to checked in. There were no bath towels and the bottled water. I asked very politely for those 2 things. I even told the receptionist they can leave it there at our rooms since have some golfing and bowling to do. But to my surprise when we returned to the hotel, I checked my request was not delivered. I called for the second time and asked for it. Still not yet given. When I checked the time, it was 2300hrs no bath towels and even bottled water. I called again for the third time and the receptionist asked “what is it again Mam that you want?” It’s like all this time you didn’t know what I requested. Then I hung up the phone. I might not come back here again if their service will continue like this and definitely not gonna recommend Solano to my relatives and friends if their service will go on like that.

Ok sa sea master ...9/10..mabait ang may ari at care taker... problema namin un island hopping naun nasira ang cp namin nag ka sugat sugat paa namin kasi duon nila kami dinala sa mabato at malakas ang alon.. Nag aaway pa ang mga bangkero ndi sila magkasundo.. May mga bata pa naman kaming ksma.. Kaya kung mag island hopping kayo wag kau dun sa sinabi nila na white sand nkktakot dun nlang kau sa starfish at sa fish feeding .. Para safe lalo kung may mga bata.. Charge to experience samin yun nangyare Grabe ang experience namin dun sa island hopping natakot ako para sa mga anak ko lakas ng alon ang layo pa ng bangka kaya nag ka tumba tumba kami dahil sa lakas ng alon na tangay mga sleepers namin kaya nun tumapak kmi sa mga bato sugat sugat.. Hindi pa pantay ang lupa may mababaw may malalim.. Wlang kwenta ang bangkero ndi man lang kami tulungan nasira ang mga cp namim napasukan ng tubig kasi wla silang siplock nilagay lang sa plastik ng tinapay..

Quite a secluded place very chill only shared with a few other hotel guests which was a plus. Beach was literally right on your doorstep, wouldnt say its the most pristine but there was barely anyone there which was great and so was the pool. Rooms were great they were all spacious, airconditioned and had a great blend of modern and traditional filipino style into it. The cons, the hotel is underconstruction was never mentioned in the booking which was annoying they had people working around the place which ruined the vibe. There were no showers outside or toilet. The quality of the towels were poor some had stains on them. Another issue was the complete lack of restaurant in the hotel, they did provide a restaurant who would deliver food to the hotel. However despite this the service from the staff was exceptional and they were able to accomodate our requests and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and complete with everything we needed. It felt safe and relaxing, which made the experience even better. As for the food, I truly enjoyed it! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There were good options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. 😊
