Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était confortable. Il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur, mais deux chambres proposaient des boissons non alcoolisées le premier jour ; aucune boisson non alcoolisée n'était disponible les jours suivants. Un verre de bienvenue était offert, et une boisson gratuite était également proposée. L'hôtel n'est pas situé en centre-ville, mais son emplacement est pratique. Des bus s'arrêtent juste devant l'hôtel, permettant de rejoindre facilement la gare centrale. La gare de l'Est, toute proche, est également accessible à pied.

Bien que son emplacement soit pratique et le personnel accueillant, quelques inconvénients peuvent ternir votre séjour. L'un des principaux problèmes est le mauvais état des moquettes dans les chambres. Celle de ma chambre était visiblement usée et tachée, ce qui donnait à la pièce un aspect négligé et peu soigné. Ce fut assez décevant et m'a fait douter de la propreté et de l'entretien général de l'hôtel. Point positif, la chambre était spacieuse et disposait de tout le confort nécessaire. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain propre et un petit bureau était à disposition. L'hôtel propose également un petit-déjeuner buffet satisfaisant en termes de variété et de qualité. En résumé, l'hôtel Campanille Warsaw est une option économique qui peut convenir pour un court séjour. Cependant, les clients potentiels doivent être conscients des problèmes liés aux moquettes et s'attendre à un hébergement assez basique et un peu vieillot.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel 3-star à peu près de l'aéroport de Chopin. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans la zone immédiate, mais il y a un grand magasin à pied 30-minute ou une 5-minute conduite loin. L'hôtel propose des services de pick-up et de décharge à l'aéroport. Globalement, c'est une bonne option pour un séjour de nuit avant de poursuivre votre voyage

J'ai passé un agréable séjour à l'Hôtel Hetman du 27 au 30 décembre. L'hôtel offrait un cadre confortable et accueillant qui a rendu mon séjour agréable. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et bien entretenues, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. L'attention portée aux détails dans l'aménagement des chambres et l'ambiance chaleureuse étaient appréciables. Le personnel s'est montré incroyablement poli et serviable tout au long de mon séjour. De l'arrivée au départ, ils étaient toujours prêts à répondre à toutes mes demandes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était pratique, offrant un accès facile aux attractions et aux restaurants locaux, ce qui en faisait un point de départ idéal pour explorer la région. J'ai opté pour le petit-déjeuner offert par l'hôtel, au prix de 55 zlotys par personne. La variété des plats et la qualité des plats étaient excellentes, ce qui en faisait un atout précieux pour mon séjour. Le choix frais et délicieux chaque matin a contribué à l'expérience globale. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'hôtel Hetman a été agréable et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hôtel confortable et bien situé. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

I stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover. We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw.

L'hôtel est situé à la limite de la vieille ville, un peu à l'écart, à environ 20 minutes à pied. Les installations sont propres et bien rangées. Il n’y a rien de spécial à louer. Le petit déjeuner est trop minable !

It was extraordinary! The staff was great - they were extreme friendly and helpful. I felt a bit awkward myself about bothering them with so many questions, but they were always top-notch. The room was wonderful and had all necessities. I only had trouble with the teapot, but it was substituted by one fine gentleman as soon as I reported it. The cleaner did her job well. Maybe breakfast hadn't the wide variety you usually get in Poland and the lady who accepted visitors there was a little gloomy, but I don't judge - it was wonderful.

I recently stayed at Castle Inn, a unique and charming hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. It was airy, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities I needed during my stay. If you're interested in exploring the Old Town and nearby museums, monuments, and churches, you really can't pick a better spot. Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience. One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit. Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

The room was clean and nice ! A towel for each person and utilities like microwave, fridge was really helpful during the 6 days trip. About new towel, we need to recommend it to the front and they bring it to your room in few minutes. Only about 20minutes from city center, and next to hotel there's Wedel cafe so you can appreciate nice brunch nearby hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for your journey :) Thanks for the service !

La position géographique est bonne et la taille de la chambre est acceptée; c'est un appartement, trois chambres, garde-couches communes, non-hôtel; Les propriétaires de l'immeuble à côté font de nouveau cuisine et regardent la télévision, un peu chaud; puis le lit est trop doux. En outre, personne ne sait comment l'implanter. D'autres sont insensibles, le rapport coût-efficacité est bon. Il n'est pas trop recommandé de se mélanger avec d'autres, et on peut y penser;
