Hôtels 4 étoiles à Varsovie

L'hôtel 4 étoiles moderne, qui a l'impression d'être 5 étoiles et tout cela à un prix très juste. La prochaine fois, je préfère rester avec eux, sauf si les prix changent de façon dramatique. Vérifiez le dimanche 2 heures gratuitement et donné avec un sourire. C'est l'hospitalité. Le samedi soir, il y avait un pianiste au lobby qui a créé une atmosphère agréable et prémieux. L'un des choses que j'aime à Varsovie, il a tout ce que vous voulez, nouveau, ancien, historique, art, musique, nature, pistes de vélo, pistes et ... superbes hôtels à bas prix ou à des prix équitables.

I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the overall quality and atmosphere of the hotel. One of my favorite features was the complimentary drinking water station located in the hallway. The option to choose between room-temperature and cold water was incredibly convenient and thoughtful for guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. During check-in, the front desk staff proactively informed me about the possibility of a late check-out option, which is especially helpful for business travelers. Since I needed to change my flight to 5:00 PM, I asked whether a complimentary late check-out would be possible. The housekeeping manager and service staff were extremely kind and accommodating, helping me extend my check-out time from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Their support made a significant difference to my travel schedule. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, my experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is that I didn’t have the opportunity to try the sauna facilities on the basement level, which are open until midnight. Due to my busy work schedule and a few early nights, I simply ran out of time. I would definitely love to experience them during my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. 這次入住體驗非常愉快，我對飯店的整體品質與環境都感到十分滿意。 特別喜歡走廊提供的免費飲用水服務，不僅方便，還能自由選擇常溫或冰水，對旅客來說非常貼心。房間整潔舒適，各項設施使用起來都很便利。 我在入住時，櫃檯人員主動告知可以申請延後退房的選項，這對商務旅客來說非常實用。由於我臨時將班機改到下午五點，因此向櫃檯詢問是否能免費延後退房。客房部主管與服務人員都非常熱心且積極協助，讓我原本中午 12 點的退房時間順利延長至下午 2 點，真的幫了我很大的忙。 從辦理入住到退房，所有工作人員的服務態度都非常親切、專業且友善，讓人感受到賓至如歸的氛圍。 整體而言，這是一段非常舒適的住宿體驗。唯一的小遺憾是，因為工作行程太忙，加上有幾天晚上太早休息，沒能體驗地下 1 樓營業至午夜 12 點的桑拿設施。下次再訪時，我一定會特地安排時間好好享受！ 非常推薦給商務旅客，也期待下次再次入住。

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Il est très pratique de récupérer ou de déposer les clients à l'aéroport et le service est très bon. La vue par la fenêtre est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est super copieux et super bon. Le seul inconvénient est que l'anglais du serveur n'est pas bon. Mais le niveau de service global de l'hôtel est assez élevé et très accueillant. Dans l'hôtel, vous pouvez souvent voir les capitaines et hôtesses de l'air de diverses compagnies aériennes du monde qui sont assez classes. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois et le transport est très pratique. J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

Le personnel était aimable et efficace. Cependant, pour le transfert depuis l'aéroport, j'ai dû contacter l'hôtel et, comme j'utilisais une eSIM, j'ai eu des difficultés à passer des appels et j'ai dû demander de l'aide à des personnes à proximité. La proximité de l'hôtel avec la station de tramway était très pratique pour visiter les sites touristiques, et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux.

C'est reparti, les affaires répétées sont les meilleures affaires, Ça doit être ma 5/6 fois au Mercure Grand Varsovie, Au moment où vous arrivez, vous êtes chaleureusement accueilli par un personnel formidable, L'hôtel est impeccable, les chambres sont comme toujours exceptionnellement propres, Le Mercure Grand devrait certainement recevoir la médaille d'or du meilleur petit-déjeuner à Varsovie, Ils prennent même du champagne au petit-déjeuner, Large choix de plats savoureux, L'emplacement est le meilleur, la rue regorge de restaurants et de bars et d'un quartier extrêmement sûr, Merci à Joanna (invité manager) d'avoir bien pris soin de ses invités,

L'hôtel se sent un peu daté, surtout le tapis sur le sol dans les chambres, mais il est visible que la rénovation est en cours et certaines parties de l'hôtel ont déjà été rénovées.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable. Ils ont des services supplémentaires gratuits, c'est-à-dire appels de matin et transport gratuit à l'aéroport (?), qui devrait être une grande option pour les voyageurs.

We are haooy with this stay, the hotel is nice and location is just the best. We booked a room with a bathtub and everything was fine except of the horrible noices that the tap was making when you turn the water on, it definitely should be fixed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the complimentary bottled water and sparkling water replenished every day. The breakfast was simply outstanding – one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was delicious. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated for exploring the area, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of an amazing location, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, and a truly remarkable team made our stay unforgettable.
