Hôtels 4 étoiles à Varsovie

We stayed at the Royal Tulip on January 1-2. To be fair, there are several positives about this hotel. The property itself is quite nice, the amenities are good, and we really enjoyed the wide assortment of food available. Unfortunately, a major plumbing issue and poor customer service entirely ruined our experience. Throughout the night, the pipes in our room made a loud, persistent noise , it was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. The only temporary fix was for me to get out of bed and flush the toilet several times, which seemed to adjust the pipes for a short while before the noise started all over again. We might have been more understanding if the staff had handled it well, but the front desk's reaction was incredibly disappointing. When we reported the issue, the staff member basically brushed us off with a dismissive ”yeah we'll check it out.” There was no apology or empathy, and it honestly felt like they either didn't care at all or already knew about the problem and just didn't want to deal with it. A beautiful hotel and good food mean very little if you can't get a good night's sleep and the staff is indifferent to your experience. We left feeling frustrated and unfortunately won't be returning, on the same trip we stayed at Novotel also, and did not have these issues at all..

Je ne peux pas dire à quel point j'ai adoré cet hôtel ! C'était la deuxième fois que j'y séjournais. Le personnel est poli et sympathique, et ils ont rendu mon séjour beaucoup plus fluide et moins fatiguant ! La nourriture est délicieuse, je recommande vivement de dîner au Nova Wola ! Je dois souligner qu’il est très proche du métro et qu’il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face de l’hôtel. J'adore marcher, donc si vous voulez aller dans la vieille ville, cela représente environ 30 à 40 minutes de marche. Il y a le musée Apple qui se trouve à proximité, le musée Uprising est également accessible à pied. Les trajets Uber à Varsovie ne sont pas très chers si vous préférez le confort d'une voiture. Gardez simplement à l’esprit que les Ubers et les taxis doivent s’arrêter à proximité de l’hôtel et non à l’intérieur.

All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious. The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent. The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own. The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use. The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

The place is supreme good, near the shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. Only took under 10 minutes walk to any station to take tram or bus to old town.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

C'était un bâtiment ancien, mais propre. L'emplacement était correct, et le personnel parlait bien anglais et était aimable. La chambre était un peu petite.

Le prix de la maison est petit, moins de 24 mètres carrés. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, les environs sont corrects et le shopping est plus pratique. C'est juste que le prix n'est pas aussi élevé qu'indiqué, mais sinon ça va, c'est une note neutre.

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport de Chopin, il a pris tout taxi, il coûte £6 à là ... Bon à se reposer en voiture de transit, puisque le restaurant serve de nourriture jusqu'à 11 heures, le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec jus de carotte frais presse etc ... très confortable et joli. Les installations sont familiales, avec une zone pour enfants avec une boîte à x à jouer, mon fils est enclin à jouer, mais finit dans une heure comme les jeux ne lui divertaient pas ... Ha.. ha ... Mais moi et mon mari peuvent avoir un repos de petit déjeuner.. Mieux réserver le petit déjeuner avec un paquet plus cher .... Le transfert aéroport gratuit est gratuit pour la réservation 6am-10am, mon vol pm n'a pas bénéficié, bon de aller à la vieille ville, mais mon jetlag m'a mis hors, seulement réussir à aller à un supermarché local (Carrefour) avec Uber le dimanche, pas beaucoup de supermarchés) boutiques ouvertes ... La chambre est très confortable ... Le toilette n'a pas de lave-hands mais les douches séparées ont .... Le swapping sera bon pour une raison pratique .... C'est un bon hôtel pour le vol de transit avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans le bâtiment ... particulièrement pour une famille.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the complimentary bottled water and sparkling water replenished every day. The breakfast was simply outstanding – one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was delicious. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated for exploring the area, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of an amazing location, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, and a truly remarkable team made our stay unforgettable. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! 🌟

La lettre du récepteur est bonne. Mais une carte est-elle une défaillance de caractères? Je me sens mal à l'aise parce que je ne peux pas l'utiliser et que je suis tombé dans la chambre et que je n'ai pas été propre. En outre, la chambre est très propre.
