Hôtels 4 étoiles à Varsovie

We stayed at the Royal Tulip on January 1-2. To be fair, there are several positives about this hotel. The property itself is quite nice, the amenities are good, and we really enjoyed the wide assortment of food available. Unfortunately, a major plumbing issue and poor customer service entirely ruined our experience. Throughout the night, the pipes in our room made a loud, persistent noise , it was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. The only temporary fix was for me to get out of bed and flush the toilet several times, which seemed to adjust the pipes for a short while before the noise started all over again. We might have been more understanding if the staff had handled it well, but the front desk's reaction was incredibly disappointing. When we reported the issue, the staff member basically brushed us off with a dismissive ”yeah we'll check it out.” There was no apology or empathy, and it honestly felt like they either didn't care at all or already knew about the problem and just didn't want to deal with it. A beautiful hotel and good food mean very little if you can't get a good night's sleep and the staff is indifferent to your experience. We left feeling frustrated and unfortunately won't be returning, on the same trip we stayed at Novotel also, and did not have these issues at all..

Superbe hôtel. Il est neuf, propre et luxueux. Il dispose d'une télévision connectée, d'une climatisation performante et d'ascenseurs rapides. Un arrêt de tram et de bus se trouve devant l'hôtel, et l'entrée du métro est à 50 m maximum. Dans le même immeuble, vous trouverez un supermarché, un McDonald's et d'autres commerces en sous-sol. La proximité du centre commercial Zlote Terasy est idéale pour une promenade après le dîner.

My personal favorite hotel in Warsaw. Big comfortable rooms, beautiful building, perfect gym, swimming pool. Great service

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

A wonderful hotel, and very good value compared to many similar standard hotels. Comfortable bed and immaculately clean with fridge and in-room safe (which I always like). Good Wifi, and many international TV channels. (My only minor complaint would be that the only ”native” English speaking channel, was CNN.). Very convenient for the train station as well as the airport bus which is just across the road from the hotel. Close enough to the old town for a pleasant walk. Also close to MANY restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again when next in Warsaw. Highly recommended.

C'est reparti, les affaires répétées sont les meilleures affaires, Ça doit être ma 5/6 fois au Mercure Grand Varsovie, Au moment où vous arrivez, vous êtes chaleureusement accueilli par un personnel formidable, L'hôtel est impeccable, les chambres sont comme toujours exceptionnellement propres, Le Mercure Grand devrait certainement recevoir la médaille d'or du meilleur petit-déjeuner à Varsovie, Ils prennent même du champagne au petit-déjeuner, Large choix de plats savoureux, L'emplacement est le meilleur, la rue regorge de restaurants et de bars et d'un quartier extrêmement sûr, Merci à Joanna (invité manager) d'avoir bien pris soin de ses invités,

L'hôtel se sent un peu daté, surtout le tapis sur le sol dans les chambres, mais il est visible que la rénovation est en cours et certaines parties de l'hôtel ont déjà été rénovées.

Assez facile de s'y rendre en bus depuis la gare. J'apprécie vraiment la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. La chambre est spacieuse. La salle de douche et les toilettes séparées ont leurs avantages et leurs inconvénients. Idéal pour un séjour d'une nuit juste pour vous assurer que vous pourrez atteindre l'aéroport à temps pour votre vol.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the complimentary bottled water and sparkling water replenished every day. The breakfast was simply outstanding – one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was delicious. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated for exploring the area, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of an amazing location, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, and a truly remarkable team made our stay unforgettable. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! 🌟
