Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

Fenomenalny hotel! Widać ile pracy zostało włożone w odrestaurowanie tego klasztoru/szpitala - zostało to wykonane bardzo ładnie. Pokój bardzo oryginalny i wygodny. Śniadanie przepyszne - duży plus za możliwość bezpłatnego zamówienia ciepłego dania poza tym co jest dostępne z i tak dużej ilości rzeczy w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Lokalizacja hotelu jak dla mnie idealna - z pewnością wrócę jeszcze przy kolejnej okazji.

Decent and just about 30 minutes walk to everywhere you would like to visit in the city.. The hotel is owned by both ibis and novotel.. 1st 4 floors is owned by ibis while the remaining floors owned by novotel. It's the same with the reception as well, divited into ibis and novotel side Overall experience was great, front dest were usually responsive at anytime you need them

Le service est très complet, la chambre est entourée de la disposition de l'herbe, adaptée à la relaxation. Le petit-déjeuner de service aide aide abondant, les aliments sont frais et inattendus de bon. La Chine n'est pas suffisante pour partager gratuitement même le logement

J'ai séjourné ici avec un ami pour une nuit et j'ai été honnêtement surpris par la qualité de l'appartement. Nous avons eu une micro-ondes, une boîte d'induction, des outils de cuisson, des plats, et même un bon bébé et un espace de travail. La chambre était propre et lumineuse, la salle de bain était sans place, et oui la climatisation fonctionne vraiment! Il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux, ce qui est à noter, mais le niveau de confort était très élevé. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre-ville, nous avons décidé de marcher et nous avons pris environ 50 minutes à pied (oui, nous sommes un peu fous), mais il est également accessible par le transport public si vous préférez ne pas aller à la mode pleine pilgrimage comme nous l'avons fait. En tout cas, il s'agit d'un grand endroit pour les voyageurs qui veulent une base tranquille, propre et fonctionnelle pour explorer Wrocław.

The apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, les chambres sont calmes et propres, si un peu auberge. Il n'y a pas de nettoyage de chambre pendant le séjour. J'y étais pendant une semaine, donc j'ai eu de nouvelles serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est raisonnablement prix et très varié. Il s'agit d'un restaurant réel à la nuit. La chambre Wi-Fi n'était pas très belle. Il fonctionne bien dans le lobby, et moins bien, si tout est possible, dans la chambre. Cela dit, c'est un bon hôtel, bien situé et raisonnablement peu coûteux.

Good location close to the train station. The hotel is a bit old but in good shape. I’ll recommend it for a short stay.
