Hôtels 3 étoiles à Izmir

I recently stayed at Emens hotel in Izmir and was genuinely impressed. The service was outstanding — every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where the staff make such a big difference to the experience — and they certainly did here. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir. I’ll definitely be coming back!

L'emplacement était bon, la chambre était propre, mais les filtres du climatiseur pour chauffer la pièce avaient besoin d'être changés, mon sommeil a été beaucoup perturbé à cause de mes allergies. En général, cela peut être recommandé. Les chambres sont belles. J'aimerais juste qu'un peu plus d'attention soit accordée au dépoussiérage.

Pas d'électroscope, près de l'aéroport, accueil chaleureux écran électronique, J'ai vécu dans la chambre des parents, un grand lit, deux petits lits, et j'ai trouvé que la chambre des parents n'avait pas de climatisation, et que le grand lit avait un climatisation, Le bain n'est pas très pratique, Mais le raid est très confortable.

La location est très proche des boutiques et des restaurants. Les chambres sont belles mais nécessitent encore une amélioration : pas de commutateurs de lumière ou de ports de chargement près du lit, ce qui était inconvenant; le papier toilette était vide ou non correctement installé; le jour suivant, le garde-fous n'a pas remplacé l'eau et les éclairs. Les curtains ne peuvent pas être fermés en raison de la taille des curtains plus petites que la fenêtre/la porte et à partir de 2 faces. Le jour de l'arrivée a parqué un peu loin dans la rue de l'hôtel et le 2ème jour nous avons dû payer 200 Lira pour le parking.

The hotel is located in the center - in the heart of Izmir. Many different Turkish cafes around. Not far from the market. Before you check-in you should verify the actual details and size of your room. In our case what was in the picture on Trip.com was not exactly the reality. When we asked why we booked 20m3 double room and were given a small one of 14m3 they started explaining that the system booked automatically..., we have two types..., you should have told us you need the bigger one etc. Very funny and weak excuses. Otherwise the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is ok, the location is nice. By the way - parking is just along the road next to the hotel - it is a normal way of parking in many places in Türkiye.

Mr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs. He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.  The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)  Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.  The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.  You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.  There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports. If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Les chambres sont vieilles, les réparations n'ont pas été faites depuis longtemps. Dans le reste des installations sont.

Grand hôtel moderne proche de la vieille ville d'Izmir et de la gare principale de Basmane. En retrait de la route principale, donc agréable et calme la nuit. Super petit-déjeuner buffet avec un grand choix de plats. Bonne salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et sèche-cheveux. Ascenseur. Air conditionné et réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Bel atrium pour le petit-déjeuner.

Les personnes sur la réception sont très aimables et agréables. Je pense que c'est très bon, parce que le prix est raisonnable et le petit déjeuner est inclus. Mais, en termes de chambre, vous ne devriez pas l'attendre. Wi-Fi est très faible et ne peut pas être nettoyé chaque jour. Cet hôtel est pour ceux qui veulent un logement bon marché et une position privilégiée.

The service was fine. The room was fine and ok for the price. It looks better in the pictures. The shower worked but the shower head fell off so I had to use the hose as a shower. The water pressure was good and the temperature control work well for a nice hot or warm shower to your preference but the bathroom was very small with a toilet next to the shower and no partition or curtain between them. Everything would get wet during a shower. The TV did not work. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and the markets at the port, but did not feel like a very safe place to walk at night due to the dimly lit alleys. I would probably not choose to stay there again but it was fine for one night in an emergency situation. The front desk at night was personable but conversation was difficult without the use of translation apps on my phone.
