The hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood.

We absolutely loved it. My husband and I went together. The amenities were awesome, it made us feel right at home. It brought shampoo and conditioner and soap that was 100% natural and I love that.

Il y a eu une confusion sur laquelle la porte fonctionnait, mais une appel au service clientèle a rapidement réglé cela. (Si quelqu'un n'est pas sûr de cet hôtel sans contact, le service client a toujours été excellent!) La seule chose qui a été pire cette fois était le WiFi, beaucoup plus lente que la dernière fois, probablement parce que nous avions une chambre à bord cette fois. J'aimerais rester à nouveau dans l'avenir!

Vous préférez cet hôtel en chaîne, l'assainissement propre, la cuisine n'a pas de canapé, mais les micro-ondes et autres installations sont complètes. Vous pouvez choisir de vous installer dans cet hôtel, donc vous recommandez.

J'ai récemment séjourné au Holiday Inn Express Dallas Downtown et, dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été positive malgré quelques petits bémols. Tout d'abord, son emplacement est fantastique ! Il se trouve à quelques pas de Dealey Plaza, de la Reunion Tower et de nombreux restaurants. C'est très pratique pour explorer le centre-ville de Dallas. Le petit-déjeuner offert était un vrai plus, avec un choix correct pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux, ce qui a facilité mon arrivée. L'hôtel lui-même possède un charme historique et les chambres étaient propres et modernes, bien qu'un peu plus petites que prévu. Un point négatif : le stationnement. Il n'y a pas de parking sur place, j'ai donc dû me garer à quelques rues de là, ce qui n'était pas idéal. De plus, un seul ascenseur fonctionnait pendant mon séjour, ce qui a entraîné des temps d'attente plus longs. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, j'ai passé un séjour agréable. Si vous cherchez un hôtel bien situé avec de bonnes prestations et que le stationnement ne vous dérange pas, je vous le recommande !

L'hôtel était très propre et j'ai aimé l'hôtel lui-même. Malheureusement, l'emplacement et les environs ne sont pas très sûrs et il est un peu déroutant d'essayer de trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel.

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

J'aimais l'hôtel it's in a construction zone right now but that's ok but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of L'hôtel la personne de la première chambre ne pouvait pas me dire pourquoi j'étais redevenu chargeur.
