Hôtels 4 étoiles à Sarajevo

L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la vieille ville. La chambre est spacieuse et généralement propre. Les serviettes étaient changées quotidiennement. On note toutefois quelques petits problèmes de propreté dans certains recoins (par exemple, le sèche-cheveux était très poussiéreux). La salle de bain de ma chambre est conçue pour les personnes de grande taille, avec des crochets, un miroir et un porte-serviettes en hauteur. C'est un détail mineur ; d'autres personnes ne le remarqueront peut-être pas. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose plusieurs sortes d'œufs, des viennoiseries, de la charcuterie et des légumes frais. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est petit et chaleureux. Situé en plein centre, il peut être un peu bruyant à cause des cafés voisins, mais c'est le cas pour tous les hôtels en centre-ville.

Our stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast.

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Hotel Grad in Sarajevo est un petit endroit très confortable. Service calme, propre, amiable. Il était encore mieux que nous ne l'avions attendu pour ce prix. Je recommande Hotel Grad!

Zimmer sauber , Frühstück Auswahl gut mit frischen Brötchen. Unterhaltung bzw Fernsehen in Zimmer nicht akzeptabel da man nur einheimischen Kanäle schauen könnte kein Smart TV. Am Rezeption gemeldet hat sich bis zum unsere Abreisetag nichts geändert ..... Schade

L'hôtel est situé dans la région centrale du centre de Sarajevo, au bord de la route principale (en fait, la route principale est très petite), vous pouvez marcher dans la zone de paysage et très pratique. Insarajevo est très petit, la route est très étroite, il n'est pas recommandé de conduire, la marche est le mode de visite le plus pratique. La chambre n'est pas grande, petite, mais très propre et propre, les fournitures de lit sont également très confortables. Le mur de l'hôtel est une image de la cabane de Sarajevo, très caractérisée, peut-être aussi la raison pour laquelle elle s'appelle Color Inn. La chambre a également fourni des petites cuisinières gratuites d'eau et de coucher avant de dormir. Les détails de l'hôtel sont très disponibles, le personnel est très enthousiaste et le service est très intime. Le petit déjeuner est très riche, les produits à base de viande, les fruits et les produits laitiers sont nombreux. Venez à Sarajevo, l'hôtel de logement est une très bonne option. Derrière l'hôtel est un parking propre. Je ne sais pas ce qui se passe. Nous avons réservé le téléphone préalable et nous sommes arrivés sur place, nous disons que nous ne pouvons pas arrêter. Bien que le personnel soit très patient et nous l'explique, il peut être la raison pour laquelle il est linguistique. Mais le problème du parking gratuit a finalement été résolu avec succès par Trip.com.

L'adaptation est mauvaise, elle fonctionne une heure, et elle est hors d'usage, et elle est très perturbante, et il n'y a pas de pantalon, et pour l'appartement, c'était excellent, j'espère qu'ils s'occupent de ce manque.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

Cet hôtel a été temporairement réservé après la modification de l'itinéraire. L'emplacement est très bon. Le personnel de la réception est chaleureux et attentionné et m'a beaucoup aidé. C'est une très bonne expérience. Je lui rendrai visite la prochaine fois.
