Five stars for security and the breakfast spread! Staying in the embassy district meant we felt completely safe at all hours. The hotel's protocols are top-notch. And every morning was a delight with their incredible breakfast. They offer a vast selection of high-quality, tasty dishes in a beautiful setting. Perfect for those who value a secure location without compromising on an amazing culinary experience.

Il est toujours nouveau et propre. Il n'y a pas de problème de sécurité dans un environnement relativement calme, car il est situé dans des zones d'habitation de haut niveau. Le seul défaut est que le service de transport à destination de l'aéroport n'est pas facile à utiliser. Mais le personnel est très aimable et je suis très satisfait.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Au début, ils m'ont donné une mauvaise chambre qui est dégradé de la chambre double à la chambre unique, je check-in à 2 heures du matin est assez décevante BCs je ne peux pas dormir à tous BCs Le lit est devenu petit pour nous deux, Je veux changer la chambre immédiatement mais ils ont dit qu'elle n'était pas disponible pour la chambre double deluxe (type de chambre que j'ai réservé). et le lendemain, ils changent enfin notre chambre mais vous devez toujours attirer l'attention la prochaine fois sur ces choses. bcs le temps est toujours chaud de toute façon, le petit déjeuner est bon, l'amical personnel est très localisé et sûr. thx

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was of a good standard, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only letdown was the bed, which was extremely hard and made it difficult to sleep. Overall, a good stay, but the bed really affected the experience. 4/5
