This hotel is great. Breakfast has a large food variety, it has self-service coffee machine, it closes at 10:30am which is super appreciated, the location is good for food as it is in the special food district (15 minutes to railway though). Staff are very helpful. The only issue I have is the nearest convenience store is close but over the road and the taxi/Didi sometimes drop you off on the wrong side of the road because it more convenient to them and didi says to cross the road in the middle of the street so bad mapping by Didi. Some signs at breakfast and other things are only in Chinese (I'm from Australia and I don't know Chinese) so need to use translation app to use the coffee machine and the air conditioner though.

Un hôtel merveilleux. Nous avons utilisé le service de massage pour 128 RMB / 30 min. Nous avons eu une vue imprenable sur le lever du soleil sur les montagnes et une aide précieuse pour obtenir le forfait de ski et tout le reste organisé. Je parle également anglais. Le hall est également très confortable. Une vraie recommandation.

He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. Plus que ce à quoi je m'attendais : C'est un hôtel + des appartements avec services, des chambres très propres et spacieuses, le personnel est très gentil, gentil et serviable, le petit déjeuner est composé de plats occidentaux et chinois, mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais, à presque 30 minutes de la gare à grande vitesse de Jilin, à 1h30 de route en voiture. de l'aéroport de Chang Chun, à 600 mètres du domaine skiable, Le sous-sol dispose de matériel de ski à louer, d'un petit magasin convaincant, d'une petite salle de sport assez bonne également, vraiment mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais A dépassé mes attentes : Il s'agit d'un hôtel + appartement avec services, la chambre est très propre et spacieuse, le personnel est très sympathique, gentil et serviable, le petit-déjeuner est à la fois occidental et chinois, ce qui est mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Il se trouve à environ 30 minutes de Jilin. Gare TGV et à 1h30 de l'aéroport de Changchun A une heure de route de la station de ski, à 600 mètres. Il y a du matériel de ski à louer au sous-sol, un petit dépanneur et une petite et bonne salle de sport. C'est en effet mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

L'environnement de la chambre est propre et propre, le grand lit est doux et confortable et dorme très tranquille. La ventilation est très bonne, les installations intérieures sont complètement aménagées et les produits de lavage sont propres et bien utilisés. Le service du personnel est enthousiasmé et intime et l'attitude modérée est polie. La situation géographique est confortable, pratique de voyager, le rapport coût-efficacité global est super élevé, l'expérience de séjour est particulièrement confortable, la prochaine fois que vous séjournez, vous choisissez ici, vraiment recommandé!

Le serveur de la réception peut aussi, il y a une personne à mon bureau, peut-être un chef ou un petit gestionnaire, le service est particulièrement mauvais que je n'aie jamais vu un leadership dur s'assigner pour les services des invités, un tel service est si bon hôtel

L'expérience globale dépasse les attentes, la chambre est propre et propre, la lumière et la vue sont très bons. Les installations sont parfaitement utilisées, les lits sont confortables et dormir tranquillement toute la nuit. Le service est chaleureusement attentif, répondre en temps voulu, la position est confortable, le voyage est pratique, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, vous choisissez de rester la prochaine fois.

We had a wonderful stay at Keyiju Wula Culture Theme Hotel and were truly impressed by the unique cultural atmosphere. The hotel beautifully reflects traditional Wula heritage while offering modern comfort. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and the peaceful environment made it easy for everyone to relax. The facilities are very family-friendly and convenient for those traveling with children. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. It was a perfect way to start each day and something our whole family really enjoyed. A special thank you to Xiao Rui for the exceptional service. Xiao Rui was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. 之前在外地出差住過維也納。整體來説酒店環境是歐式風格，服務很暖心。位置也好找，周邊購物吃飯都很方便。前台服務人員都很熱情特別有禮貌，有求必應。早餐一般，品類有點少，這次來吉林旅遊選的這家酒店總體來説還算不錯，下次來吉林還會入住這家酒店的，性價比很高。都是機器人送餐設備很先進，停車場超級大！
