I recently stayed at Songshuling and it was such a refreshing experience. The property is tucked away in a peaceful setting, that made waking up each morning feel like a little escape from the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a simple charm — nothing overly fancy, but everything you really need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to offer travel tips or just have a friendly chat. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, from keeping the shared spaces tidy to offering hot tea on cooler evenings. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, yet quiet enough to truly relax. If you’re looking for a comfortable, homely spot that lets you slow down and breathe in some fresh air, Songshuling Guesthouse is worth a visit.

We wanted to visit Tonglu for a 2 day 1 night trip to take a break from the city, and Flowing Cloud gave us the zen experience that we were looking for. Overall, the architecture of the whole place was just beautiful. The room that we booked was aesthetic, clean and very spacious. The crew’s service was also impeccable. They were very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and enjoyed our meal. It was home cooked and was very comforting. There were activities in the day and night time to keep us occupied. We appreciated that as we did not drive to the accommodation and going out would have required some pre planning. We will definitely want to visit again.

This boutique hotel is a true gem in Jiangnan. The village is beautifully developed, preserving its old-world charm with many historical houses, while blending in modern, cultural, and creative vibes, with well-paved streets, trendy cafés, tea houses, and many boutique shops. The Inn is tucked away in a quiet part of the village. It’s a over-300-year-old house that has been thoughtfully restored with modern amenities, while carefully retaining the original character of the historical building in a beautiful Wabi-Sabi style. The restaurant’s omakase homemade dinner was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staying here feels like a peaceful retreat. It's like coming home.

Avec les enfants, leur maison de famille est très bien dépassée! Le maïs est particulièrement grand dans la chambre. Lorsque les enfants entrent, ils se détachent de l'épaule et courent sur elle et ne se sont pas entrées. La vue de la fenêtre est particulièrement bonne, le paysage de la montagne est particulièrement confortable et tranquille. La piscine de la population doit être éclatée, la photo est très belle, la qualité de l'eau est aussi propre, les enfants sont là pendant longtemps, et la photo est très extrêmement extrêmement extrêmement extrêmement longue. 最初選擇這家民宿是因為喜歡這家民宿簡約的裝修風格以及雅緻的名字。入住民宿後，一個又一個的驚喜更是慶幸自己的選擇。 房間：一早起來，打開窗簾，一幅田野山村圖直接印入眼簾，心曠神怡。一本書，一杯茶，夫復何求？ 早餐：精緻早餐，一看就知道是老闆娘給客人精心準備的，桂花八寶粥，烤紅薯，小肉粽，自製吐司，味道非常不錯 娛樂：老闆免費提供槳板，網兜，摺疊椅。我們在邵家溯溪玩得不亦樂乎 地理位置：民宿位於邵家村，早上沿馬嶺古道走到茆坪村天空之城衹需20-30分鐘。 最後老闆和老闆娘也是讓我們倍感親切，就像在朋友家小住。

Peace and Quiet in the Mountains. This Hotel is a short drive to the south of Tonglu and into the hills. A superb spot for a quiet break away from the noise and busy city life of Hangzhou. The room was spacious and well presented with a huge bed, very large seating area, Mini bar, fridge, air purifer and even a projector with movies. The bathroom was well appointed with a rain shower and huge bath which was amazing for a soak after a day outside. Hot water with good pressure was always available. The towels and toiletries were of excellent quality. Because the Hotel is in the mountains it is advised to pre order food if you plan on eating there as the staff have to go to the market to pick up supplies. We had dinner on our first night and I enjoyed it. The food was plentiful and full of flavour. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks downstairs at the lobby. Breakfast is local style with rice porrige, pickles, egg and some fruit as well as steamed items. You can take a walk nearby though I didn't find any path through the bamboos to the hills which would have been nice. On the second night we took a car to the nearby village for dinner and a walk along the main river.

La position est très bonne, le voyage est pratique. Le village est propre et propre, la tenue de soft est très qualifiée, chaque coin est très extrêmement élégant! Les installations sont complètes et les fournitures de vie sont très intimes. Le propriétaire est enthousiaste de communiquer et de répondre rapidement. L'environnement est calme et confortable, l'expérience est satisfaisante, la prochaine fois, vous choisirez ici, fortement recommandé!

和朋友一起來山裡放鬆 這家山頂上的民宿太驚喜！無邊山景和江景 視野開闊 一覽無餘，房間寬敞整潔 洗漱用品齊全，工作人員服務貼心周到 有問題都能及時回覆和解決 。早餐是自助式 種類豐富 味道很好 。泳池邊能看到全鎮 酒店還有自帶的大草坪～房間陽台也很適合拍照 。住的第一天傍晚雨停 空山新雨後的感覺誰懂啊！！第二天天氣格外的好 山裡安靜涼快 休閑散步特別舒服，推薦給想逃離鬧市的朋友！

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lost Villa Tonglu. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests and questions (橙子 was in charge of our stay, thank you!). Breakfast was included, dinner we ordered from their restaurant menu (at extra cost), and all meals were excellent. Pool was nice and clean, parking space available if you drive. Our double room was perfect for two adults and a child (bathroom was huge!). We will be back to visit and explore the surrounding areas, thank you for a great experience Lost Villa!
