We wanted to visit Tonglu for a 2 day 1 night trip to take a break from the city, and Flowing Cloud gave us the zen experience that we were looking for. Overall, the architecture of the whole place was just beautiful. The room that we booked was aesthetic, clean and very spacious. The crew’s service was also impeccable. They were very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and enjoyed our meal. It was home cooked and was very comforting. There were activities in the day and night time to keep us occupied. We appreciated that as we did not drive to the accommodation and going out would have required some pre planning. We will definitely want to visit again.

This boutique hotel is a true gem in Jiangnan. The village is beautifully developed, preserving its old-world charm with many historical houses, while blending in modern, cultural, and creative vibes, with well-paved streets, trendy cafés, tea houses, and many boutique shops. The Inn is tucked away in a quiet part of the village. It’s a over-300-year-old house that has been thoughtfully restored with modern amenities, while carefully retaining the original character of the historical building in a beautiful Wabi-Sabi style. The restaurant’s omakase homemade dinner was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staying here feels like a peaceful retreat. It's like coming home.

Avec les enfants, leur maison de famille est très bien dépassée! Le maïs est particulièrement grand dans la chambre. Lorsque les enfants entrent, ils se détachent de l'épaule et courent sur elle et ne se sont pas entrées. La vue de la fenêtre est particulièrement bonne, le paysage de la montagne est particulièrement confortable et tranquille. La piscine de la population doit être éclatée, la photo est très belle, la qualité de l'eau est aussi propre, les enfants sont là pendant longtemps, et la photo est très extrêmement extrêmement extrêmement extrêmement longue. What a fabulous find. We escaped the city for a quiet country village experience. We were greeted with a huge smile and welcome :). The property is right in the middle of the Ancient path and on the river. Our hosts were so helpful, we walked about half of the path on day one and the went to the Adventure park for some thrills and fun. In return we were helped to order dinner and have it delivered. We walked the second half the next morning. The room is lovely , modern, clean and spacious with a large glass window over looking the mountains. Bed super comfortable and has a fab shower. I was so relaxed I forgot to get photos of the room but I do have one of the breakfast. They also have the cutest fluff ball of a dog that just loves to play. For us, everything was perfect, we loved our short stay.

L'hôtel est situé dans les montagnes et à proximité de la ville de Hangzhou. La chambre était spacieuse et bien présentée avec un grand lit, une très grande zone de siège, un minibar, un réfrigérateur, un air purifiant et même un projecteur avec des films. La salle de bains était bien équipée avec douche et une douche énorme qui était étonnante pour un souffle après un jour dehors. L'eau chaude avec une bonne pression était toujours disponible. Les serviettes et les toilettes étaient d'excellente qualité. L'hôtel est dans les montagnes, il est conseillé de pré-ordonner des aliments si vous prévoyez d'y manger, car le personnel doit aller au marché pour se procurer des fournitures. Nous avons dîné la première nuit et j'ai apprécié. Nous avons également eu quelques boissons au lobby. Le petit déjeuner est un style local avec du riz porrége, des piquets, des œufs et des fruits ainsi que des articles avalés. Vous pouvez vous promener à pied, même si je n'ai pas trouvé de chemin par les bambous jusqu'aux collines qui auraient été agréables. La seconde nuit, nous avons pris une voiture au village voisin pour dîner et une promenade sur la rivière principale.
