I recently stayed at Songshuling and it was such a refreshing experience. The property is tucked away in a peaceful setting, that made waking up each morning feel like a little escape from the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a simple charm — nothing overly fancy, but everything you really need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to offer travel tips or just have a friendly chat. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, from keeping the shared spaces tidy to offering hot tea on cooler evenings. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, yet quiet enough to truly relax. If you’re looking for a comfortable, homely spot that lets you slow down and breathe in some fresh air, Songshuling Guesthouse is worth a visit.

屬實讓人驚喜，非常令人滿意。環境秀美，酒店被青山雲霧環繞，還有許多藝術家的小巧思藏在各處角落；服務温馨，管家小姐姐，前台小姐姐，書店的小姐姐，還有各位客房阿姨，早餐廳的阿姨，都是熱情周到又有分寸。我們帶着剛考試結束的孩子來遊玩休息，小姐姐立馬説孩子辛苦了，給升級了房間，太貼心❤️。青龍塢相對另外幾個村，遊客少，商業化還沒那麼濃，很適合放空，放慢，讓時間徐徐流過。

This boutique hotel is a true gem in Jiangnan. The village is beautifully developed, preserving its old-world charm with many historical houses, while blending in modern, cultural, and creative vibes, with well-paved streets, trendy cafés, tea houses, and many boutique shops. The Inn is tucked away in a quiet part of the village. It’s a over-300-year-old house that has been thoughtfully restored with modern amenities, while carefully retaining the original character of the historical building in a beautiful Wabi-Sabi style. The restaurant’s omakase homemade dinner was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staying here feels like a peaceful retreat. It's like coming home.

Avec les enfants, leur maison de famille est très bien dépassée! Le maïs est particulièrement grand dans la chambre. Lorsque les enfants entrent, ils se détachent de l'épaule et courent sur elle et ne se sont pas entrées. La vue de la fenêtre est particulièrement bonne, le paysage de la montagne est particulièrement confortable et tranquille. La piscine de la population doit être éclatée, la photo est très belle, la qualité de l'eau est aussi propre, les enfants sont là pendant longtemps, et la photo est très extrêmement extrêmement extrêmement extrêmement longue. Généralement propre et confortable, avec votre bébé pour choisir cette famille est totalement sans gêne, viens ici la prochaine fois!

This Homestay is amazing. We (Family with 2 Kids) had 2 wonderful days at the homestay. The hosts are very friendly and warmly people. They helped us to find restaurants and even drove us to them, as well to the Tianzidi scenic park. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a nice whirpool looking direcly into the mointains. The breakfast is chinese and very tasty (dumplings, soya beens, eggs, corn, some kind of bread …). We can not speak mandarin. Nevertheless communication was no problem with an app from the host and we chat. We can definitely recommend to stay some days.

What a fabulous find. We escaped the city for a quiet country village experience. We were greeted with a huge smile and welcome :). The property is right in the middle of the Ancient path and on the river. Our hosts were so helpful, we walked about half of the path on day one and the went to the Adventure park for some thrills and fun. In return we were helped to order dinner and have it delivered. We walked the second half the next morning. The room is lovely , modern, clean and spacious with a large glass window over looking the mountains. Bed super comfortable and has a fab shower. I was so relaxed I forgot to get photos of the room but I do have one of the breakfast. They also have the cutest fluff ball of a dog that just loves to play. For us, everything was perfect, we loved our short stay.

Peace and Quiet in the Mountains. This Hotel is a short drive to the south of Tonglu and into the hills. A superb spot for a quiet break away from the noise and busy city life of Hangzhou. The room was spacious and well presented with a huge bed, very large seating area, Mini bar, fridge, air purifer and even a projector with movies. The bathroom was well appointed with a rain shower and huge bath which was amazing for a soak after a day outside. Hot water with good pressure was always available. The towels and toiletries were of excellent quality. Because the Hotel is in the mountains it is advised to pre order food if you plan on eating there as the staff have to go to the market to pick up supplies. We had dinner on our first night and I enjoyed it. The food was plentiful and full of flavour. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks downstairs at the lobby. Breakfast is local style with rice porrige, pickles, egg and some fruit as well as steamed items. You can take a walk nearby though I didn't find any path through the bamboos to the hills which would have been nice. On the second night we took a car to the nearby village for dinner and a walk along the main river.

This place is nice, but i would not consider it a hotel. It’s somewhere in between a B&B and a hotel. The rooms are pretty ok in size and come with balconies, the aircon is strong enough for the hot summer days. However, be prepared to be far from any food or drink delivery! It is really remote. It has a great view, although they tell you they have a hotspring it is man-made u could just order the room with a bathtub it will be similar, and not need to pay 500rmb for it.  The in-house food is not bad, I would recommend to order one day in advance. They also offer for 500rmb, barbecue services which i think is outrageous as it does not include food cost. The beds in the room are very very uncomfortable. If u have a bad back, just go for the international starred hotels. They have huge big insects coming in at night, do be careful not to let any of them in at night.

Caotu Hot Spring hotel is an absolute gem, a stunning piece of architecture set in an equally stunning nature location. The staff was incredibly patient and attentive to all of our family members, showing great care and understanding to our young boys, and going out of their way to respond to all of our needs. In the 4 days we stayed, they kindly offered a room with a better view, helped us book transport or fetch parcels from the local shops, and served us tailored breakfast and dinners. Can’t recommend highly enough ans we were very sad to leave.

Cette fois, il y a deux nuits dans le magasin de la bête de Dale, c'est une séjour très confortable. Le peuple est situé dans les montagnes, l'environnement est très calme et la température corporelle est beaucoup plus agréable que la ville. Il y a une grande fenêtre dans la chambre. Vous pouvez voir la montagne à l'extérieur de la chambre. Vous sentez très relaxé. Vous avez vraiment un sentiment de quitter la ville temporairement et de ralentir le repos. La région de la population est relativement grande. Lorsque le personnel voyage entre différentes régions, il conduira des voitures de golf et répondra en temps utile. Le service global est très intime. Le peuple dispose de restaurants et de petit déjeuners de choix plus riches; Le dîner est un cuisine, les plats sont principalement servis à la maison, le goût est bon, le personnel du restaurant est très enthousiaste. Tout le jour, des activités différentes seront organisées pendant le séjour, même si vous n'êtes pas en public, vous ne serez pas désolé. Globalement, c'est très approprié pour les gens qui veulent se détendre pendant quelques jours, aussi pour les familles ou pour les vacances avec des animaux de compagnie. C'est une expérience très agréable de séjour, et la prochaine fois, vous aurez l'occasion de revenir.
