訂這家酒店的原因確實是因為兩千多條評論裏僅有10條差評，所以就先入為主的覺得這家酒店整體服務應該是挺好的。我是上了一天班過來到這邊已經晚上了整個人很疲憊，第一天入住體驗很糟糕，來就換了房不是網上看到的房型，考慮到比較累先隨便將就一下睡一晚再説。換的第一個房是花園房，前台小姐姐説這是給我們升級的房間（户型奇怪，房間燈光昏暗無比.看着令人覺得恐怖）。我們出去吃了飯回來準備睡覺、我在已經巨困的情況下，看着房間裏昏暗奇怪的佈局瞬間被嚇得睏意全無，室友也覺得看着令人看到害怕。當時就立馬要求換回了我在網上定的房間，換不了我都準被拖着行李換酒店了。小姐姐重新換了一個，也説是升級的房間、就是比我訂的那個房間更貴的，這次換的光線倒是好一些，房間很大，但空調效果不好、依舊佈局奇怪、電視還看不了。其實第一次換房的時候我就意識到可能是我訂的那種房間沒有了，再加上我真的很疲憊了不想折騰了想着湊合一晚算了，所以換的第二個房間雖然也不滿意考慮到太晚了不想折騰工作人員硬睡了一晚，空調效果不好很熱。 第二天一早我在酒店裡晃了很久還去看了一間剛退出來的房間看過，也是奇怪的佈局，想着回去看看電視能不能調好、結果調不好，我才強烈要求換房這才換回了正常的房間。第一晚的入住體驗給我的感覺是差評都是真的真的！入住這裏儘量早點不合適好換，不然晚上拖着行李箱找酒店什麼的真的會很命苦。 所謂的升級房間其實是降級！！！如果衹是住了一晚我真的會很生氣，會覺得這200多白瞎了、花錢來受罪…

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A good variety of choice for breakfast as vegetarians. The lady and chef at breakfast were really nice and helped explain what the dishes were via translate. Everything was well thought out apart from the light by the door which was on a sensor so if you used the toilet at night it would come on and wake your partner.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Everyone working there was very professional, friendly and very helpful. The front desk staff were very helpful with anything we needed. The room had a wonderful view of the tea garden, was clean and comfortable. The room attendants were very kind and kept our room clean and tidy. The location was perfect. When traveling back to Xichang We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this Hotel.

美居酒店的自助早餐真的太豐盛了！中式涼菜種類多，涼拌木耳爽脆入味，黃瓜拌肉香辣開胃，還有豆乾丁、大葱拌肉等多款小菜，酸豆角、榨菜、蘿蔔乾一應俱全，配粥絕了，這還衹是一早餐的一小部分。熱菜區也很紮實，煎蛋、烤培根、雞肉早餐腸現做現拿，保温到位。酸奶有原味和果味兩種，搭配堅果碎和水果丁，健康又好喝。西式冷切肉拼盤，調料台辣椒油、辣椒醬等齊全，口味都能照顧到。整體餐枱乾淨整潔，菜品補充及時，早餐吃得滿足又舒心，前台每天都很好，基本上有任何需求都是有求必應及時處理，住這裏每天早上都很有幸福感！

La disposition de la chambre est relativement raisonnable, le lavabo est large, la montagne est vue à l'extérieur de la fenêtre, le restaurant est confortable autour de la montagne, et il est pratique de conduire un parking souterrain. Pour aller aux attractions, le service de la réception est très attentif et il est procédé à des informations détaillées sur la situation de la chambre et à l'aide en temps utile pour les besoins proposés!

這次入住西昌川航金熊貓大酒店整體體驗超出預期，真心值得推薦。整棟酒店格外安靜，就算臨街也聽不到嘈雜聲響，休息質量特別好。客房打掃得一塵不染，佈局舒服敞亮，住着踏實放鬆。 酒店地理位置便利，出行辦事、逛街吃飯都很省心。地下停車場車位充足，開車進出十分方便，不用在路上繞圈找車位。自助早餐品類豐富多樣，葷素、麪點、飲品一應俱全，口味家常適口，一早吃飽喝足元氣滿滿。 不管硬件環境還是配套服務都在線，整體性價比很高，安靜宜居、出行便捷，不管短途出差還是旅途中轉都很合適，下次再來西昌，我還會優先選擇這家酒店。

Recently renovated hotel with smart system and lightning. Very clean and friendly serviced. We got a room upgrade and an early check in service to accommodate our needs. The bed was soft and we had a great view.

Asked for a quiet room facing away from the road, barely heard cars which was good. Could hear people talking in the room next to me but it wasn't loud.

L'expérience de séjour est vraiment supérieure à ce qui était prévu et a été lancée par un service intime depuis l'entrée. L'attitude des gestionnaires de la réception et des services est modérée et patience. La chambre est propre et propre, la ventilation est très bonne, les lits sont doux et confortables, les accessoires de la toilette sont complets, l'environnement de l'hôtel est calme et insonorisé, l'effet d'isolement est bon. La zone publique est propre et élégante, les détails sont très utiles. La situation géographique est confortable, le voyage est pratique pour manger et le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé!

這次入住整體體驗挺滿意的。酒店位置很好，出行很方便，周邊吃飯、打車都很便利。環境也不錯，大堂和公共區域都很有質感，整體不是現在很流行的新中式風格，更偏老錢風一點，沉穩大氣，個人覺得挺耐看，當然審美還是因人而異。 早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯，補餐及時，吃得很舒服。服務人員態度都很好，辦理入住和退房效率都很高，有需求也會積極幫忙解決。房間設施設備我覺得夠用，維護得還可以，雖然不是特別新的裝修，但整體乾淨整潔，住起來比較舒適。綜合來説性價比不錯，下次來這邊還會考慮入住。
