設施：比較新，可能是近些年才裝修過，審美在線，黑白為主，很有法式風 衞生：還不錯，未發現明顯衞生死角，尤其浴室玻璃不知道怎麼擦的，也太乾淨了，一點水漬都沒有，家裡我是擦不了這麼乾淨，跟新的一樣 環境：周圍特別方便，就在清涼山下，可以看到寶塔山，過了延河就是萬達廣場和夜市街，得天獨厚的地方 服務：熱情周到，不管幾點回來都有前台服務人員幫忙按電梯，每日還有自製免費冰豆漿，很好喝很濃郁，服務很好，要有機會再去延安還會選擇這裏

Je ne pensais pas qu'il y avait un tel établissement dans une petite ville de la comté et de haute qualité. Je voudrais vraiment rester quelques nuits plus, mais le voyage ne permet pas à cet endroit de se faire en pleine nuit, et il est très approprié pour éviter les rêves en été. La décoration de l'hôtel est également très nouvellement attitude de la servitrice, le petit déjeuner est également très délicieux et riche. La clé est que les enfants peuvent encore écrire dans ce travail. Il y a une petite place en dessous, il y a un nombre particulier de personnes dans les halls à la nuit, les enfants peuvent aller en dessous pour jouer à la suite, et ainsi de suite.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel located in the new area of Yanan. It is near the People's Park, the government administrative offices, the nee cultural park, and also commeecial/shopping district. inside the hotel is a spa and u get to enjoy discount if u stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has lots of items to choose from.

Porter les enfants à la salle de bain, le petit frère de la réception gère le séjour rapide, le service est enthousiaste, l'environnement de la chambre est propre, la chambre est grande, le confort de la maison, les lits et les étuis de Yahoo sont toujours très confortables, il offre également un parking de lit, l'hôtel a également un parking gratuit, dans l'ensemble très bon. Oublie les photos de l'hôtel, comme les photos sur Internet.

Three-night family stay in the Deluxe Family Room. The room itself was spacious, mattresses genuinely comfortable, and the shower perfectly adequate — the physical setup was fine for a family with a child. That said, a few things need to be said clearly. We had specifically requested a non-smoking room — it was stated explicitly in our booking. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke on arrival. We slept with the window open the first night and eventually bought air fresheners from a nearby mall. The hotel's own sign in the room, notably, only prohibited smoking in bed — not in the room — which explains a lot. For a hotel calling itself ”International,” the complete absence of any English-speaking staff was a real problem. Requests went unaddressed not out of unwillingness, but because communication was simply impossible without WeChat translation. Speaking of which — we used WeChat to request an extra towel for our daughter every single day of the three-night stay. The room is booked for three guests, two double beds, yet only two towel sets were left each time. A minor thing, but it repeated daily. Staff did arrange a taxi when asked, which was helpful — though the cab that arrived was old and not well-kept. Breakfast was solid. Not exceptional, but filling and with decent variety. Overall: good bones, real execution gaps. If you're booking here, come prepared with a translation app, bring your own air freshener, and double-check your room before accepting it. Rating 7 out of 10. There is a room for improvement.

Installations: satisfait, un peu de conseils, il n'y a pas de place pour mettre des vêtements au bain, le salon a un petit étui, il faut mettre dans la salle de bain, pas de confidentialité, le parking est pratique, le parking est grand, il faut prendre un billet de stationnement à la réception. Santé: Oui, mais ne vous demandez pas trop et ne vous attendez pas trop, il n'est pas approprié d'avoir un chien dans le restaurant. Environnement: pas situé au centre-ville, à plus de 2 kilomètres de la 2ème rue, l'environnement intérieur est toujours satisfaisant. Service: le service est le plus satisfaisant, l'attitude est très bonne, le service de transfert prend une réservation 2 heures d'avance, l'hôtel a une voiture commerciale. I stayed a few nights here and had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and had free plum tea in the reception room. The room was clean and had great AC. The city is interesting and has a lot to do. I would stay at this hotel again!

酒店地理位置很好，就在寶塔山對面，酒店出門左拐就有一條食街，好吃不貴。要是去逛清涼山，二道街夜市或萬達廣場也很方便，步行10‑15分鐘的路程。四星酒店，設施還挺新的，服務也還不錯。特別表揚前台服務小姐姐 笑@喆@苗@，熱情耐心，入住期間的小插曲能及時解決。

La chambre était propre et bien rangée, le lit très confortable et, cerise sur le gâteau, un portant à vêtements installé dans la salle de bain, une attention très appréciée. La réceptionniste était très accueillante et le petit-déjeuner était bon.

We chance upon this hotel due to chance of travel plan. Excellent and helpful staff. They assisted us in checking in, even upgraded our room. Location of hotel was ideal, next to the main attraction. For the price we paid, it is inclusive of breakfast. Value for money. There’s also a local street market and some local eateries nearby. We had a yummy handmade local noodle for dinner.
