First thing first, I've read about all negative review and I don't agree, there's no chemical odor, instead everywhere placed perfume diffusers, very lovely. Interior is new, working staff is helpful and gave us every item we requested, even helped with Taobao delivery. We booked ”family” room with 2 King sized beds- very spacious, we were provided every day with all bath facilities and fresh towels, bottle water. There's big bathtub. Also hotel gives laundry liquid and has free laundry room and little gym. There's only 3 floor and it was really quiet around. Also hotel gives every day fruit basket and free ice-cream as dessert bar. Never mentioned tea and bathrobes. There's no ”buffet” breakfast - a small kitchen every morning gives for your taste a various choice dished of Korean cuisine - bone broth, noodle soup or bibimpab with pickeld vegetables. There's plenty cafe nearby. In walking distance is located Korean folk village where you can go taking for free in hotel Korean costume -Hanbock. Enter charge per person 30rmb, and we got 100rmb cost of makeup and hair. There's plenty of rental shops- full costume and make-up with 20 shoots from pro-photographer will cost around 200rmb, so hotel saves you a coin here. Only would be best to install more furniture in room like a couple private bed tables or a storage- It's really inconvenient to leave all stuff in suitcase all time staying

It was around 26 degrees in the room, but they had a policy of no air-conditioners operating at this time of year. The air-conditioner was recording the temperature. I have to assume this was being done as a cost saving exercise as the restaurant had air-conditioning.

Excellent new hotel. The rooms are clean, warm and cozy. Very modern rooms. Excellent service of the staff and a robot that will bring you everything you need to your room at the first request. Excellent location, everything you need is within walking distance. We will definitely return to your hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Мы из России из города Владивостока.Жили в гостинице 7 дней.Я могу сказать,что это одно из лучших мест где мы были.Гостиничный комплекс находится в 15-20 минутах от центра города.Мы в центр ездили на автобусе N3 и N11 они идут в сторону центра, Администратор нас лично довозил до автобусной остановки (спасибо ему огромное),так как остановка далеко,он предложил нам довезти. Когда мы ездили натакси, нам вызывали сотрудники.Когда мы зашли в наш красивенный дом он был чистым и уютным с кухней,комнатой и верандой, отдельно душевая и туалет.Было два кондиционера в кухне и комнате,так же был холодильник,чайник.Печку и посуду нам принесли сотрудники.Кухонный стол,где можно было кушать.Средство от комаров ,которое включается в розетку.Зонт,стаканы,вода,салфетки,гель для душа,кондиционер для волос,шампунь,зубные щётки,расческа и т.д.Уборка проходит по вашему желанию,персонал уточняет,нужна ли уборка сегодня?Постельное и полотенца белоснежные.Вещи мы просили нам стирали и вывешивали на сушилку рядом с домиком.Когда начался дождь,а нас не было дома ,нашу сушилку с бельем убрали под навес,чтобы бельё не намокло.Туда можно приезжать с животными.На территории живут четыре собачки и две кошки (пожалуйста просим ухаживать за ними,подстричь,помыть,кормить и поить,сердце за них болело,хотим когда в следующий раз приехать,чтобы они выглядели ухоженно).Завтраки очень хорошие и персонал на кухне гостеприимный,добрые и обходительные.Зная,что мы Русские по утрам любим пить кофе,они нам его каждое утро наливали))) Спасибо.Я советую побывать в этом гостиничном комплексе ,где вокруг природа,лес,тишина и красота.Обязательно,когда поедем в следующий раз,приедем жить именно к вам.Спасибо Вам персонал за гостеприимство и хорошее отношение.Очень скучаем по Вам.

實話實説，酒店的設施、環境、衞生以及地理位置都不錯，值得給滿分，走路到網紅牆不到一公里，早餐也很豐盛可口，唯一的瑕疵就是服務。首先，定了三個標間，有長者有孩子，麻煩前台給安排三個相鄰的房間方便照顧，結果前台接待臉臭的不行，説已經安排好的房間，告訴其他客人了。行吧，為什麼沒有人提前告訴我給我安排的哪個房間呢？結果安排了不同樓層的房間。不通人情在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。其次，下午四點多到店的，結果告訴我房間還沒有收拾出來，還得等一個小時，那請問我第二天下午四點退房你們同意嗎？果斷聯繫攜程客服後，結果告訴我馬上可以入住了，原因我就不説了，不過這件事得給攜程上大分，以後還會在這個平台訂酒店。
