Our stay at this incredible hotel was nothing short of magical. Hands down, this was the best hospitality we have ever received. A true 10/10 experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in nature, with snow-capped mountains visible right from our room. The serene surroundings, along with top-notch amenities, made our stay both luxurious and peaceful. But what truly made this stay unforgettable were Lily and Star, they were the heart and soul of our experience! Lily felt like a long-lost sister and friend. She was so genuinely warm, kind and attentive- so sweet. Both Liky & Star went above and beyond, helping us with anything we needed. Whether it was assisting us late at night with a projector we couldn’t figure out, or arranging pickup and drop-off to a nearby ancient town, nothing was ever too much for them. It’s not just the big things, they constantly surprised us with thoughtful little gestures that showed just how much they care. Their kindness and the beautiful souls of the entire team left a lasting impression on us. The property is a dream - horses, sheep and breathtaking views all around. It's a place that feels like a home away from home, only more peaceful, scenic, and soul-nourishing. This was a great experience!
