Hôtels 4 étoiles à Semarang

Room is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and no mould. Room is cleaned daily. TV shows 3 movie channels plus other local and international channels. AC can be controlled via thermostat and cold. Lighting has some switches to control the mood. Buffet breakfast has western, Chinese, Japanese and local Semarang culinary. Overall we are happy with the accommodation and would come back next time.

1. One of most famous fine-dining steakhouse-Bowery, cafe-Eastman and nightclub-Sixsense are right across from the hotel. All of them are within walking distance which is very convenient. 2. I lost my red T-shirt in the room. They kept it well and when I contacted their WA, the staff was very polite and helpful!!

Le séjour était bon Le repas était étonnant, mais je dois dire que dans la classe d'hôtel 4 étoiles au centre de la Samarang il ya beaucoup d'autres choix, donc vous sentez libre de regarder ceux d'abord mais ne laissez pas le nouveautel complètement hors de votre liste.

I recently traveled to Semarang for a business trip and stayed at Quest Prime Semarang. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to key areas of the city, which made my commute to meetings quite convenient. The room was neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the service from the staff was excellent; they were attentive and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. However, I did find the breakfast options to be somewhat limited, which was a minor drawback in an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at Quest Prime Semarang was positive and contributed well to my business trip.

Une réservation soudaine car nous voulions d'abord nous reposer à Semarang après avoir quitté Jogja et aller à Jakarta. L'enregistrement était très tard car je suis arrivé à Semarang à 21 heures. La demande demandait des chambres communicantes car j'ai beaucoup d'enfants j'ai donc ouvert 2 chambres. Cependant, comme c'était complet, on nous a donné des chambres adjacentes. Et il s'avère que l'emplacement est vraiment juste en face de la piscine. Ainsi, le lendemain matin, depuis le devant de la pièce, nous pouvions regarder les enfants jouer dans la piscine. Tout le personnel était sympathique et rapide. Un hôtel simple situé au milieu de la ville de Semarang, à proximité de Simpang 5, également à proximité du centre de souvenirs de Jln. Pandanaran. C'est le meilleur prix et la meilleure chambre. ❤❤❤

Good: - Friendly staff - Spacious room - Spacious bathroom - Nice hot shower - Soundproofing windows - Great bed and pillows Bad: - Nothing 👍🏼 The mosque is right out the door, so the noise can be loud. But inside the room, the sound level is tolerable.

Unable to review as I was told upon check in at Dafam Wondosobo that I did not make any booking at this hotel. Upon close scrutiny of my booking confirmation, it was discovered that I had inadvertently booked the Dafam Semarang instead of Dafam Wondosobo. What a disappointment when I was told the Dafam Wondosobo was fully booked for the night when I tried to change my booking.

The breakfast is horrible, bland porridge, only lettuce for the salad, there's pasta but its macaroni covered in small red sauce with no taste, tables doesnt get cleaned properly, 2 people on the egg corner only serving egg with salt, no toppings, no veggies, just pure egg + salt, main course got no variation, noodle rice 1 type of veg, a fish, and chicken. To access the restaurant you need to go through the pool, cool way of thinking, not practical when theres a lot of children playing with the water, parents and nannys sitting on the side.

I do not think I would choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to Semarang. From the moment I arrived, the experience was already disappointing. I asked the staff for a prayer mat and they told me the hotel had them available, but no one ever came back to provide one. If a hotel confirms that something is available, it should be delivered to the guest properly. Small things like this reflect the level of professionalism and attention to guests. Another issue was during sahur or the early breakfast. I came down to level 5 around 3.30 am and many items were already almost finished, including the rice. I informed the service staff that the rice had run out and needed to be refilled, but nothing was done. Eventually I just took other items such as nasi goreng and whatever was left. The breakfast selection itself was also very basic with very limited variation. Considering that it is the Ramadan month, I believe the hotel should prepare much better for sahur service. Guests wake up very early specifically for this meal, so food availability and proper staffing are important. During that time I only saw one staff member handling everything, which made the situation even more difficult. The location of the hotel is actually quite good. It is within walking distance of many trendy cafes and there are plenty of street food options around that stay open late into the night. For guests who enjoy exploring the food scene or hanging out in nearby cafes, the area is convenient. The front desk service was acceptable, but overall the hospitality experience felt quite standard. Personally, it did not reflect the warm and attentive hospitality that people usually associate with Java. I did not take any photos during my stay because honestly my mood was not very good after experiencing these issues. I hope the hotel management can take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service, especially during Ramadan when guest needs are quite specific. Thank you.

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
