Hôtels 4 étoiles à Bologne

Équipements : relativement complets Hygiène : Très propre, personnellement très satisfait Environnement : Il y a McDonald's, Aldi, etc. dans les environs. Il y a une grande salle de sport derrière l'hôtel et l'environnement est plutôt bon. Service : Le service est attentionné et l'attitude est bonne, le petit déjeuner est délicieux, le croissant est si moelleux et délicieux

The hotel is not located in the city center, but there is direct bus access to get around easily. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast offered is varied and plentiful, and the staff serving it are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when I arrived at night and asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Although they agreed, the blanket was never delivered.

The hotel was only a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a comfy couch (and blankets) and TV. There was also an Alexa set up and she played music when directed and was pleasant. The kitchenette had ample utensils and cookware, but no napkins or paper towels. They supplied cold water in a pitcher as well as several bottles of wine (NOT complementary, but reasonably priced. The prices on the list in the room differed from the prices at the front desk, tho.) The complementary slippers were used every day as the tile floors were chilly. There was always enough hot water in the showers, but one bathroom light was out the whole time we were there (reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they already knew about it, but were waiting on maintenance to fix. We had to make due without it for the six days we were there.) There were instructions on how to use each of the appliances (much appreciated!). It was a short walk to restaurants and cafes and the shopping district. Great accommodations for the price point and lots of room.

Good location. Paid (50€) extra to be in the main hotel and not their apartment somewhere nextdoor, not sure if it was worth it. It had a bit of a new spa feeling. All very new, think they are going for a boutique hotel style, but not classy. Nice terrace though.

Sehr schönes, super gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer zu unserer Überraschung mit Balkon. Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Besonderen Dank dem Personal an der Reze, sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Verbreitete von Beginn an eine gute Stimmung und war immer bester Laune.

L'hôtel est près du centre d'exposition de Bologne, à environ 2-3 kilomètres du centre-ville. La chambre de l'hôtel est propre et propre, le lit est vraiment petit. L'espace est très grand, en particulier la salle de bains. Il y a une porte pour la chambre qui m'a organisée pour aller à une autre chambre, l'isolement sonore est très mauvais! Le petit déjeuner est très riche et le plus satisfaisant pour le petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel de voyage en Italie!

The lobby and room was very nice as it’s newly renovated. Location was also great, just opposite the train station and about 20-30 minutes walk into the centre. Staff were all very nice and friendly. The only bad thing was the shower water pressure was too low and the hot water took quite long to come on. The room lighting can also be a bit dim. Breakfast isn’t great so I would recommend to eat outside if you can.

Voyage indépendant idéal pour les familles Situation : Juste en face de la gare, à 2 minutes à pied. Trois hôtels se succèdent, de gauche à droite : Mercure, Starhotel et Una. À cet emplacement, le Starhotel m’a semblé le meilleur et le plus cher, suivi du Mercure. Cependant, un hôtel à proximité, le Royal Carlton (4 étoiles), paraît plus attrayant que les trois autres. Je ne l’ai pas testé, mais je vous recommande d’y jeter un œil ; son extérieur est bien plus agréable et son prix est équivalent à celui du Mercure et de l’Una. Chambre : Correcte dans l’ensemble, mais la télévision ne proposait aucune chaîne. La duplication d’écran depuis votre téléphone est possible et le Wi-Fi est gratuit. Service : Le service manque d’uniformité. Le premier jour, pas de chaussons et une seule bouteille d’eau était disponible dans la chambre. Le deuxième jour, les chaussons laissés à la vue de tous n’ont pas été nettoyés. Les prix des en-cas et des boissons dans le réfrigérateur n’étaient pas affichés (contrairement à ce qu’indiquait la réception). Repas : J’ai trouvé le petit-déjeuner plutôt bon. Le choix n'était pas immense, mais tout était plutôt bon. En résumé, je ne le recommande pas. J'ai annulé ma réservation à Rome Una après mon séjour.

La chambre a une belle vue sur la terrasse, est spacieuse et confortable, et le lit est immense, ce qui est génial. L'emplacement est excellent, proche de la gare, ce qui permet de se rendre facilement aux attractions que vous souhaitez visiter.

The hotel was a little bit modern in the entrance however, the rooms not really, there was rusty in the bathroom heather… On our Room there was not even one full set of towels, neither 2 since we booked for 2 adults, however the employee from reception came to give us one set when we ask though. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much choice, anyway. Has a free parking which was a plus for us but not sure if would come back since it is supposed to be a 4* hotel and we paid for that, however, I would give 3 stars. The only photo I have is from the window of the room sorry.
