The whole experience was fabulous from being greeted initially shown the room and shown around the facility , access to the museum whenever, and a free individual tour of museum , which extended to the two of the othrr facilities they have within a few hundred yards . the room of which I uploaded a few photos was supreme my only little grumble would be liquid soap rather than soap bars 

It was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!

Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent. However, there are some significant downsides. First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking. Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy. Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising. Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night. The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Un excellent séjour à Lecce Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet établissement à Lecce. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, et notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre et bien climatisée, ce qui a été particulièrement appréciable en été. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, très copieux, varié et préparé sur place. Une vraie attention qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterions pas à le conseiller à un ami souhaitant découvrir Lecce. Une très belle adresse ! 😊

Excellent location Self service self checking establishment. There are no staff on duty except early morning. Alessandra was a gem. Gave various suggestions on where to it , shop etc . The room stayed in was the Olander 5 Was large enough with clean bathroom and a kitchenette area Excellent coffee was provided as well as three kids of teas. It has steep steps to first floor for those who might have issues .

Very good, very good rooms, environment, pool, distance to beaches, service. Will return if having journey to that direction.

La piscine était correcte, mais les oiseaux n'arrêtaient pas d'y entrer et d'y boire, alors je suis parti pour éviter la grippe aviaire, ce qui aurait gâché mes vacances. Il faudrait absolument qu'ils éloignent les oiseaux de la piscine. Ils n'ont pas non plus de défroisseur ni de fer à repasser, donc vous devrez peut-être porter vos vêtements froissés ou payer pour qu'ils vous les rendent repassés le lendemain. La pression de l'eau des toilettes était faible, il fallait donc parfois tirer la chasse d'eau entre 3 et 5 fois pour éliminer tout le papier toilette et les excréments. L'hôtel est situé à environ 1 km du centre-ville et un peu plus loin de la gare de Leicester. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et proposait les produits habituels comme du jambon, du fromage, une machine à crêpes et des glaces pour 15 euros. C'est probablement un bon rapport qualité-prix, car un plat de pâtes coûte environ 10 à 13 euros à proximité et en plein centre-ville, taxes comprises. Je ne sais pas si j'y retournerais.

Splendido week end in una gran bella città che non conoscevo. Hotel praticamente nel piazzale antistante la stazione. Struttura che ha mantenuto gli standard classici ben curati. Hall spaziosissima e con vari ambienti con salottini con arredamenti classici. Stanza spaziosa con ambiente separato guardaroba e bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Colazione continentale ben assortita. La scelta è stata dettata dalla vicinanza con la stazione FS ma dovessi tornare a Lecce è qui che tornerei. Personale cordiale gentile e professionale. Qualità prezzo convenienza: eccellente. Le restaurant a été très bien situé, le restaurant a été très bien situé, le service de l'hôtel a été aussi utile que possible. La chambre était petite mais belle pour ce qu'on avait besoin. Un truc à préparer, l'unité de climatisation était vieux et n'a pas fonctionné très bien. Amenez un fan supplémentaire. Je vous recommanderais de rester quelques jours.
