The whole experience was fabulous from being greeted initially shown the room and shown around the facility , access to the museum whenever, and a free individual tour of museum , which extended to the two of the othrr facilities they have within a few hundred yards . the room of which I uploaded a few photos was supreme my only little grumble would be liquid soap rather than soap bars 

Excellent hotel in a restored building with star shaped ceilings in the centre of the old town.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent. However, there are some significant downsides. First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking. Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy. Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising. Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night. The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Lovely historical space with all necessities in place. Owner also assisted with parking within the ZTL zone and provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon.

Very good, very good rooms, environment, pool, distance to beaches, service. Will return if having journey to that direction.

Excellent location Self service self checking establishment. There are no staff on duty except early morning. Alessandra was a gem. Gave various suggestions on where to it , shop etc . The room stayed in was the Olander 5 Was large enough with clean bathroom and a kitchenette area Excellent coffee was provided as well as three kids of teas. It has steep steps to first floor for those who might have issues .

Splendido week end in una gran bella città che non conoscevo. Hotel praticamente nel piazzale antistante la stazione. Struttura che ha mantenuto gli standard classici ben curati. Hall spaziosissima e con vari ambienti con salottini con arredamenti classici. Stanza spaziosa con ambiente separato guardaroba e bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Colazione continentale ben assortita. La scelta è stata dettata dalla vicinanza con la stazione FS ma dovessi tornare a Lecce è qui che tornerei. Personale cordiale gentile e professionale. Qualità prezzo convenienza: eccellente. das Hotel entspricht den Standards von Hilton, die beiden Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist gross und schöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Lecce, bis zum Meer. Leider mussten wir über 80€ zusätzlich zahlen, da anscheinend bei der Buchung (von 2 Zimmer) nur eine Person angegeben wurde 🤓, soll ich die Zimmer selber belegen ? so hat uns die Übernachtung einiges mehr gekostet als wenn wir direkt bei Hilton gebucht hätten und da wäre das Frühstück inklusive gewesen, so hat es nochmals 50€ gekostet.

Le restaurant a été très bien situé, le restaurant a été très bien situé, le service de l'hôtel a été aussi utile que possible. La chambre était petite mais belle pour ce qu'on avait besoin. Un truc à préparer, l'unité de climatisation était vieux et n'a pas fonctionné très bien. Amenez un fan supplémentaire. Je vous recommanderais de rester quelques jours.
