Hôtels 4 étoiles à Palerme

L'hôtel est très moderne et confortable dans une maison très antique. La dame du bureau frontal était très utile et agréable. J'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour. Le seul côté est son emplacement pour les personnes qui conduisent, mais si vous pouvez le faire l'hôtel (s'il vous plaît ne faites pas la même erreur que j'ai fait en suivant les cartes de Google; regardez mieux la figure de la carte qui route n'a que des routes à grande vitesse) Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très important de vous rendre visite.

THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!

Excellent hôtel près de la Via Roma, à deux pas du centre-ville. Petit-déjeuner copieux et chambres confortables.

Loved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

Situé dans cet appartement dans la chambre luxueuse avec deux enfants d'adolescents. Très beau appartement spacieux. Très désolé d'être là seulement quelques heures. Sétéré avec un grand goût, les plafonds les plus élevés, la chaussure de lit et les serviettes étaient frais. L'hôte a envoyé tous les détails de la répartition à l'avance, n'a pas rencontré de problème.

Not a hotel, more like a Bnb with limited service October 2025 We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.) Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need. Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows. To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy. Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

La chambre est magnifique.

l'emplacement était pratique, le personnel sympathique, propre et bien rangé, le petit déjeuner est parfait ! nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

En se qui concerne le séjour tout c’est relativement bien passé sauf que pour les personnes qui veulent profiter de la piscine par cette chaleur auront affaire à un surveillant peut-être maître nageur affreux prétentieux sans aucun respect pour les touristes qui occupent l’hôtel alors pour tout ce qui veulent se baigner choisissez un autre hôtel  Il nous à obligé à sortir de l’eau prétendant que la bouée n’était pas à la disposition des touristes mais à lui et nous avons donc dû aller acheter une bouée à l’extérieur  Voici ce que je peux en dire par contre les personnes aux autres services sont très agréable
