房間整體不錯，應該剛裝修不久，挺新挺現代的，就是房間稍微小了點，然後淋浴間單獨在床對面，感覺怪怪的（因為馬桶和洗手池單獨在一進門的地方），也可能是因為老房子改造的原因（據説以前是個宮殿），早餐是美式的，每天都差不多，品種變化不大。位置不錯，能走路到大部分景點。服務人員很熱情，我們導遊在樓下等，她還主動告訴洗手間在哪裡，也主動介紹周圍情況，每次出門回來都熱情招呼。

Loved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!

L'hôtel n'était pas évident pour nous - quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons cherché environ 10 minutes à chercher un signe avant de parker sur le mauvais côté de la route, et de devoir appeler les instructions. C'est notre faute, car l'hôtel nous a essayés de nous contacter plus tôt le jour, mais nous n'avons pas eu de signal pour prendre la télé. Une fois que nous avons été instruits au bon endroit, c'était super direct, comme Gianluca nous a embarqués à distance, et après avoir vérifié notre identité, nous allons dans l'unité et notre chambre. L'ascenseur de l'immeuble était super cool - pour cette expérience, je recommande de rester dans cet hôtel. La chambre était charmante. Notre hôtel précédent était une suite, donc il se sentait un peu petit, mais c'était à la maison la même chose. Le petit côté était si chaud qu'il se sentait dans la chambre. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le lit d'affiche ajoutait un sens de belleté et de romance à la chambre, et nous étions totalement déchirés avec une surprise d'une bouteille de Prosecco comme un cadeau! Le séjour dans cet hôtel est très luxueux pour nous, car nous avons dû faire un travail et nous sommes aussi fatigués d'un voyage routier.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. À proximité de l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport et de la gare, à 1 km du centre-ville Chambre spacieuse. Propreté impeccable. Excellent petit-déjeuner ! Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésiter !

Not a hotel, more like a Bnb with limited service October 2025 We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.) Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need. Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows. To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy. Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

Le service client est bon. Comme la piscine de la chambre fuyait, le personnel a fait de son mieux pour prendre des dispositions. Finalement, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer, en face de la Piazza Italia. Les nouilles à la seiche du restaurant sont délicieuses et le service est bon. Il y a un problème d'insonorisation dans les pièces proches de la route

Bel hôtel à Palmero, près de l'arrêt de bus 107 qui dessert le centre-ville (environ 30 minutes de trajet). L'hôtel était grand et la chambre propre, avec des draps et des serviettes propres. Je suis arrivé avec un cadenas cassé sur mon sac et le personnel de l'hôtel m'a aidé à le réparer ! Ils étaient vraiment serviables et sympathiques. Le Wi-Fi était bon et la nuit était calme. La terrasse sur le toit avec bar était agréable. Il y a quelques bons restaurants locaux à proximité.
