Le personnel a aidé avec nos bagages en haut et en bas des escaliers, ce qui est un divin envoyé. Bien sûr une belle vue sur la mer. La sélection du petit déjeuner était aussi excellente. A part la position qui est agréable entre le chantier avec les escaliers, nous aimez cette villa ! La marche était un bon exercice !

We had a wonderful stay in Positano, and a big part of that was thanks to Katia, who went above and beyond in every way. She offered truly exceptional service — anything we needed, she was there to help, even meeting us at the parking lot to walk us to the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Positano, and the room we stayed in was spacious, very clean, and well organized. The hotel has only two rooms, which makes it feel incredibly intimate and private — a rare find. Breakfast was also great, and it’s delivered to your room every morning, which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm. The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful. Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries. Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

C'est un hôtel très bon rapport qualité-prix, le paysage est magnifique et le service est également très bon. La prochaine fois que je viens à Positano, je le choisirai.

De la ferry dock à l'hôtel, vous devez marcher environ 10 minutes à pied de la colline + les escaliers, mais il s'agissait d'un voyage agréable grâce à la vue très belle et à l'amical bureau frontal. La vue sur la terrasse était si belle et je l'ai nettoyée tous les jours et j'ai eu un bon séjour.

Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

On vient jouer hors saison. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'hôtels parmi lesquels choisir. Lors de la conduite et de la navigation, nous ne pouvons trouver que des directions. Il y a une ligne à sens unique devant la porte. Nous ne pouvons pas nous garer. L'hôtel s'arrête au parking désigné. Les chambres d'hôtel sont correctes, les chambres avec vue sur l'océan avec de petites terrasses, les petits déjeuners ne sont pas nombreux mais ils sont bons. Il n'est toujours pas recommandé de vivre à Positano pendant la basse saison. C'est trop déprimé la nuit et il y a peu de restaurants ouverts. Il n'y a personne sur la brise marine dans la rue. Se rendre au restaurant recommandé par l'hôtel sur la plage nécessite des histoires de soi. Il devrait être préférable de vivre à Almafi, et les environs de Positano Ravello Suriento ont suffisamment de temps pour jouer la journée

房間很小，而且隔壁洗澡就聽得清清楚楚，比較擾睡眠。 但是海景很美，雖然衹看到邊邊。 陽台用餐，很舒服，前一晚勾選好菜單。 停車在隔壁的300米外的協議停車場，50歐一天，12:00前要開走。 住這裏純粹是第二天一早可以享受無人的波西塔諾。這點就值了。 價格的確貴。

Very good location. Kind staffs. Everything is nearly perfect but the room is a bit old and the chef over cooked my beef filled.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Si le type de chambre est bon, vous pouvez voir la belle vue sur la maison de montagne classique de Positano depuis le balcon. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux (bien sûr il n'y a pas de nourriture chinoise, car vous êtes à l'étranger). Le service de l'hôtel est très bon et très sympathique. Appartenir à un hôtel qui vaut la peine d'être réservé.
