Villa V completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt stylish, modern, and very premium. The whole property is beautifully designed, and the rooms are brand new, spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It honestly feels much more like a five-star hotel experience than a typical stay in El Nido. The rooftop swimming pool is definitely one of the biggest highlights. The view is amazing, especially around sunset, and the whole rooftop area has such a relaxing luxury-resort atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind after spending the day exploring El Nido. The location is also excellent and very convenient for getting around, while the property itself still feels peaceful and private. What really made our stay special was the hospitality. Rio, the manager, was absolutely top-notch and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. He was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the team was equally friendly and professional, and you can really feel that they care about giving guests a great experience. Beautiful rooms, an amazing rooftop pool, great location, and outstanding service. Villa V easily feels like one of the best new places to stay in El Nido. We had such a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Bien que Nacpan soit un peu à l'écart du centre-ville, c'est précisément ce qui fait son charme. Calme, luxe et exclusivité. Si vous souhaitez créer des souvenirs inoubliables de votre séjour à El Nido, n'hésitez pas, réservez ici. De plus, chaque recoin de la villa est un véritable paradis pour les photos Instagram ! The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

I didn’t feel like leaving! This place is a gem. It’s nestled on top of a small hill with mind blowing views. The room (Joglo 5) had spectacular views from the balcony and was very well equipped. It was clean, comfortable, bright, and spacious. The infinity pool and restaurant were the icing on the cake. Beautiful sunsets and vibe! Service was also excellent - thanks to Wilma, RV, Maggie, Lemer, Geo, Lester, Ellen, the Chef, and all others!

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und ruhig. Das Zimmer bietet genügend Platz, ca. 25m2. Eine schreckliche ”Aussicht” vom Fenster an eine Wand vom Waschraum/ Personalraum ist einfach nur schlimm. Das Badezimmer ist leider extrem klein und bietet keine Ablagefläche für ein Necessaire oder Waschutensilien. Es befindet sich ein sauberer und schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Von dort aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist dem hohen Preis der Zimmer keinesfalls angemessen. Es hat praktisch keine Früchteauswahl, die ”Säfte” sind ein Chemie-Mist und kaum geniessbar. Kein Joghurt, kein Käse, kein frisch gemahlener Kaffee (welchen man erwarten dürfte bei diesen Preisen), kein Bratspeck, kein richtiges Brot nur den üblichen Toast-Quatsch.

Very nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.

Ora Beach a besoin d'une mise à jour, l'hôtel est grand et les chambres grandes. Mais toutes les installations, salle de sport, climatisation, télévision sont vieilles et obsolètes. C'est sur une partie de plage dans une petite crique avec une vue magnifique, la nourriture est... correcte. Mais c'est proche de quelques bons restaurants ailleurs. La douche était médiocre mais les toilettes fonctionnaient.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. The property is still partially under construction, especially the restaurant area, which affects the overall experience. Breakfast is served on the veranda or on the beach. My friend and I both work in the F&B industry and pay attention to details. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which is a positive point. Breakfast must be ordered the evening before; on one morning with a 6 a.m. wake-up for an excursion, there was unfortunately no water in the room. After two nights, we were moved to another room. In the first room, housekeeping was not done for two consecutive days, and in the new room the controller was not working properly. The location is quite remote, about a 40-minute scooter ride from El Nido town, where all excursions depart. Transportation costs are worth noting: a 125cc scooter costs around 800 PHP per day, while taxi or van transfers cost about 3,000 PHP per trip. Overall, the stay was fair, mainly thanks to the kindness of the staff, with room for improvement once construction is completed and operations are refined.
