Hôtels 4 étoiles à Pattaya

Nice place! Little old, but clean. Very friendly staff, taxi service to 7/11 at any time, good breakfast. We booked a standard room, but they have free rooms and hotel management was kind enough to upgrade our room, so we have big room with bathtub! That was amazing, thank you!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

La chambre est très bien, l'équipement est très bon, les installations sont très bonnes, la piscine est très bonne, l'emplacement est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très bon, le personnel de service est très bon et sympathique si vous en avez. l'occasion, ce sera certainement votre premier choix.

Le service global et le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel sont bons. L'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais il est plus calme et convient aux voyageurs qui aiment un environnement calme. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel la prochaine fois que j'irai à Pattaya.

Nous étions ravis de séjourner dans cet hôtel ! Nous rêvions depuis longtemps de le découvrir de l'intérieur 😊 Merci au personnel de nous avoir accueillis une heure à l'avance. Nous avions réservé une chambre dans l'aile sud, en étage élevé, avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons obtenu une chambre au 4e étage avec vue sur la mer. La salle de bain était belle et spacieuse. Le coffre-fort était caché dans le placard, et dès qu'on ouvre la porte, la lumière s'allume. Nous avons été absolument ravis des peignoirs blancs et moelleux. La chambre était spacieuse. Nous avions réservé deux lits séparés. Les matelas hauts m'ont donné l'impression d'être une princesse dès que je suis montée dessus. J'ai merveilleusement bien dormi. J'ai beaucoup aimé la piscine. Il y a un joli petit coin pour les enfants et les adultes. Il y a plein de transats et on peut louer une serviette juste au bord de la piscine, ce qui est très pratique. Le silence nocturne était tout simplement captivant. L'accès direct à la mer depuis la piscine est merveilleux ! Je pense que chacun trouvera son bonheur au petit-déjeuner ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel !

La chambre est très spacieuse. Location est proche de la rue à pied, pattaya centrale. Big 7-11 à proximité, café à proximité. Le petit-déjeuner buffet de l'hôtel est également très bon étendue.

L'hôtel dispose de 3 bâtiments. Le premier bâtiment, le premier jour de l'entrée, le couloir était assez sombre. En entrant dans la chambre, les chambres étaient correctes, propres et soignées. Mais par malchance, j'ai eu une chambre au même étage que les clients du propriétaire de l'hôtel. D'après le personnel, il y avait un grand bruit, des cris, on courait partout pendant environ 2 heures sans s'arrêter. J'ai informé le personnel et finalement l'hôtel a pris ses responsabilités en nous laissant changer de chambre. La nouvelle pièce a été déplacée pour paraître plus récente que la pièce d'origine. La seule chose qui manque c'est un micro-onde contrairement à la première pièce où je suis allé. Mais ça va. Dans l'ensemble, cela a l'air bien, à proximité des commerces et des centres commerciaux, des déplacements pratiques et le personnel offre un bon service.

Le parc Nova est à proximité du quartier soi6. A sept onze en bas à proximité. Laverie et restaurant à proximité. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un lobby de style authentique et très thaïlandais. Il y avait une piscine. Grand stationnement. Emplacement facile à trouver et calme la nuit.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha! The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

Je cherche l'hôtel Ezzi. Il est assez facile à trouver, tout près de la plage de Zhongtian. Il se situe à environ 400 mètres dans la ruelle, facilement accessible en songthaew (taxi collectif). Une fois descendu, marchez environ 400 mètres et vous verrez l'hôtel Elong. Vous y êtes arrivé, car les deux hôtels ne sont qu'à environ 200 mètres l'un de l'autre. Donc, voir l'hôtel Elong signifie que vous êtes arrivé à l'hôtel Ezzi. Continuez à marcher ; la photo que j'ai postée est celle de l'hôtel. Il a l'air un peu désert, mais les installations sont correctes. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre avait une légère odeur de renfermé, probablement due à sa proximité avec la plage. Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct, mais le rapport qualité-prix est moyen. Il est assez isolé ; le 7-Eleven est loin. Il y a une piscine, mais l'eau était trop froide pour que je puisse m'y baigner. Si je trouve un hôtel plus adapté, je ne choisirai probablement pas celui-ci la prochaine fois. D'ailleurs, sans doute à cause de l'affluence du Nouvel An, le petit-déjeuner était à volonté ; personne ne s'en souciait. Personne ne demandait votre numéro de chambre ; vous mangiez tranquillement, sans qu'on vous dérange. Voilà, c'est tout. J'espère que ça vous sera utile.
