This cozy and recently renovated mid-century modern carriage house features an in unit smart washer/dryer, a full kitchenette, and a large private yard area for entertainment. The main house is also an Airbnb. Both units have separate and private entrances, as well as separate yards. The windows overlooking the yard for Studio 7 are frosted. Guests of the main house will not be able to see into Studio 7's yard. Please be courteous to each other and be mindful of noise during the evening hours.
