During the warm days, enjoy the brand new heated pool. Large pool to enjoy with your family and friends to cool off when it’s hot out. Mesquite has multiple golf courses just minutes away, ATV trails from outside the front door, mountain biking, hiking trails, or visit the casinos for a night out. *** it is $90 per day to heat the pool. Please notify us 24 hours prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated. There are 4 exterior security cameras located on the home. 1 covering the driveway/ front yard, 1 on the west side covering the gate and pool, 1 on the east side covering the side yard, 1 in the back yard covering the entire backyard and both doors into the home. We hope you have an amazing stay! 4 bedroom (2 masters) 3 bathrooms, 2 workstations, large kitchen, roomy family room with sectional (room for additional air mattress), pantry, huge dining table - perfect for game nights. Exit the sliding glass door to the large covered patio, outdoor grill, huge pool with 4 built in barstools, putting green, and lots of outdoor seating room. ***THERE IS NO HOT TUB***. **It is incredibly difficult to heat the pool between November & March due to the low air temp & size of our pool. We will not be heating the pool during these months because it is simply cannot get warm enough for guests to enjoy. All other months, Pool can be heated UPON REQUEST ONLY for $75 per night. And depended on overnight temps. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Additional appliances in the pantry. We provide you with a nespresso machine and 1 sleeve of coffee pods. *PLEASE NOTE there is no access permitted to the garage, this is where we store our personal belongings. If for any reason you need access to the garage, please let us know and we can discuss a possible agreement for you to have access for an additional fee & additional waiver & deposit. The master closet is locked, this is where we store our personal belongings, you will not have access to this closet. Pool towels are provided and will be stored in the laundry room. The back doors have powered blinds, please do not misplace the remote! However if you'd prefer to just relax by the pool, This house is perfect for that, with its large outdoor living space, private pool with slide and basketball hoop it's great for some family fun. The pool is naturally warmer in the summer months. If you'd like the pool heated there will be an additional charge per day depending on ambient temps. If you choose to heat the pool it must be for your entire stay.The home has a large furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms, along with a day bed in the front room. This home Accommodates 9 guests comfortably.
