帶寶寶出來玩住過不少相似價位的酒店，感覺在這家的體驗屬實算不上好。衹住了一天，發現以下幾個問題：1.訂酒店，一千多一晚的酒店，訂完沒有工作人員對接，沒有詢問到店是否需要幫忙拿一下行李等問題。2.到店後，門口有工作人員，裝作沒看到我們往回走，還是我們自己一人抱娃推大門， 一人推車進去。3.房間位置，房間旁邊就是雜物間，工作人員打掃衞生進進出出，有些吵鬧。4.房間景色，窗外人工湖正在建設，會有工人拉着建造用材來回。而且正值初春，湖景一片蕭條，和訂房圖片有些出入。但房間內部還是不錯的。5.早餐，種類比較少，工作人員還比較貼心，有提供寶寶餐椅，衹是依然不會有幫顧客擋一下門的意識。6.離開時，車上被塞了**小廣告。第一次遇到這種情況。

環境很好，服務也好 就是空調暖是不夠，開了一晚上也是17度，早上起來室外3度，室內17度雖然不冷，但也沒覺得暖和，都沒有酒店大堂的暖氣暖和 房間有股異味，雖然2018年開業，到屋內像是新裝修，也有配空氣凈化，還是味道挺大 走廊很多香薰味道，看來是用掩蓋裝修異味 入住的竟然還有學生，晚上吵，早上吵，開着門大吵大叫，雖然酒店告知，還不如自己出門喊一嗓子好使 入住體驗沒有感受到是度假酒店（孩子們太興奮太吵） 不過服務很好，前台，服務員，還有大堂經理 進園區有接送車，隨打隨接送，早餐不錯 不是梨花季節估計人應該沒這麼多
