I recently stayed at DiShang Hotel , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.

Wah j'ai vraiment aimé beaucoup de séjour dans cet hôtel.. bien que cet hôtel soit agréable pour les activités familiales et je viens avec un ami sans enfant, j'ai aussi aimé séjourner ici. Vous serez traité comme un VIP, car vous êtes le seul à entrer dans le village WU avec la bande de bracelet fournie en plus de WU ZHEN. Tout le monde est agréable pour tirer des photos. J'ai également aimé avoir cinq belles photos gratuites de la photo du comte. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon et utile.

酒店的外觀和大堂都很有特色也有氣派，一問前台是2023年開業的新酒店難怪裝修風格是比較符合這兩年潮流和審美的，尤其是餐廳的牆壁花紋和餐座椅挺有品味的。房間面積不算大但功能區域分配得極為合理應該是有功底的酒店設計團隊操刀的，雙床和大床房的朝向都不同，一開始比較羨慕單號的景觀但後來發現在房間的禪座望着中庭院落的園林也另有一番風味。酒店和遊客中心之間的接駁車服務也很及時，全日制餐廳的早餐很豐盛，中餐廳的定價偏貴但裝修和服務是好的，性價比最高的時大堂吧的下午茶單人餐色香味俱全，有機會還會帶朋友過來

在酒店住了兩晚，整體體驗挺舒適的，並且給寵物友好的酒店👍🏻首先感謝前台小哥等我們入住到晚上十一點半，還貼心的擺好了寵物用品，升級了房型。房間非常寬敞乾淨，床上用品齊全還有一個頸椎枕。大床房的床竟然是可以調節高度的，在酒店中也實屬是罕見。酒店區域內有一個很大的狗公園，狗狗來玩的也很開心。我們離店的時候還贈送了我們水果等小吃，真是很貼心了。
美中不足的是早飯可以再豐富一點，蚊蟲稍微有點多。在房間裏一不留神就被咬了好幾個包，可以多放一點驅蚊燈或者是花露水，會更好。

La chambre parent-enfant est assez unique, avec deux lits, un grand et un petit. L'hôtel est bien situé, avec Dongzha juste devant la porte et Xizha également très proche. La réception est très enthousiaste et vous aidera à recommander des itinéraires touristiques et des restaurants où les locaux aiment manger. Il y avait tout simplement trop de monde à Xizha pendant le Nouvel An, donc l'expérience était tout simplement moyenne. Nous sommes allés à Puyuan le lendemain. Peut-être qu'il pleuvait, donc il y avait moins de monde et le paysage était magnifique. Je le recommande vivement. De plus, peut-être à cause du Nouvel An chinois, le prix de l'hôtel n'est pas bas et la variété du petit-déjeuner est relativement petite, ce qui ne correspond pas tout à fait au positionnement tarifaire de l'hôtel.

QQuynh ThuL'hôtel est un hôtel boutique dans la région de Wuzhen Xizhia, juste au milieu de la route occupée, très confortable pour tout, juste noter qu'il n'a pas de vue sur la rivière dans aucune de ses chambres.
Les installations ne sont peut-être pas les meilleures du monde, mais le personnel est l'étoile et vos meilleurs supporters que vous trouveriez. Bien que leur anglais ne soit pas fluide, ils essaient de nous aider à acheter les billets de bus à Shanghai, ils nous ont escortés et livré nos bagages à la gare, veillez à ce que nous puissions être soutenus par le conducteur de bus avant de partir. Le petit déjeuner est léger mais super cool.
Ne hésitez pas, réservez-le pour votre séjour!!!

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

Aapplezy1979Ce fut un séjour très heureux. L'hôtel a surclassé gratuitement la chambre avec balcon. Le service de la réceptionniste était également très bon, mais les toilettes n'étaient pas très faciles à utiliser. L'hôtel est situé au cœur de la zone pittoresque, mais il est très pratique d'aller partout. L'embarcadère des bateaux de croisière et la rue des bars sont juste à côté. Il est recommandé aux amis qui viennent en vacances de ne pas prendre le bateau la nuit car. il y a tellement de monde. Nous y sommes allés à 8 heures du matin Presque le premier lot de bateaux, le paysage en journée est plus artistique, Wuzhen en vaut la peine🫶.

Ccherrywu0502Je suis venu à Wuzhen pour découvrir le festival de théâtre et aussi pour voir l'exposition spéciale ”Le cœur de Chopin” au musée d'art de Muxin. J'ai fait attention à l'hébergement à Wuzhen longtemps à l'avance et j'ai finalement choisi le Tong'an Inn dans la zone pittoresque avec le style. de la République de Chine, je n'ai pas été déçu. La planification unifiée de Wuzhen est spéciale. Le personnel de l'hôtel est prévenant et enthousiaste, en particulier Miss Wang Yue ! Lors de la consultation téléphonique, nous avons patiemment expliqué, pris des dispositions à l'avance, fourni des recommandations d'applications pour les sites pittoresques et prêté attention à l'ensemble du processus pendant notre séjour. Merci encore ! Il existe de nombreux types de chambres d'hôtel. Nous avons choisi la chambre de style République de Chine dans le bâtiment 2, qui se trouve juste à côté du jardin de sauce Xuchang et qui est très confortable. Pendant le festival de théâtre, l'hôtel propose également des images spéciales pour que les clients puissent en apprendre davantage, ce qui est très prévenant ! En raison d'affaires temporaires, je suis allé et venu précipitamment. Je choisirai Tong'an Inn la prochaine fois que je reviendrai.

IInvitéOur stay at the Wuzhen Tong’an Inn was nothing short of delightful. This review is specifically for Wuzhen Tong’an Inn, not the Waterside Resort. We were fortunate to have encountered a helpful lady at the visitor center who informed us that our original booking didn't face the Wuzhen grand canal but instead their own small private canal, which wouldn't offer views of the ancient boats. She assisted us with an upgrade to the Tong’an Inn, which provided not only beautiful scenery but also a prime location right at the heart of all the happenings.
All Wuzhen guests head to one place for the breakfast buffet, which, conveniently, was right at our hotel. This was a significant advantage as the original booking would have required a 20+ minute walk, especially inconvenient in the rain and cold.
Our room was a blend of ancient Chinese style, with fragrant old woods, and a modernized living quarter complete with a hot shower and smart devices. It was impeccably clean, providing a perfect balance of traditional charm and contemporary comfort.
Everyone in Wuzhen was incredibly friendly. Special shout out to Mr. Ling, who helped us with our heavy luggage bags. He was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. It's unfortunate that we only booked two nights here. We would definitely love to stay longer in the future.

IInvitéIt's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing.
From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
