Hôtels 5 étoiles à Budapest

Beds are way too small. Other than that its a top 5 star hotel experience. However the hotel food is quite mid. Hungarian food is too salty in general. You can get the perfect full parliament building view right outside the hotel btw.

前台都很蠢，checkin弄了半天，結果我朋友房間卡打不開，另外一個朋友進來房間發現桌子上放了給別人的歡迎卡片，我的房間給了角落房也沒問，倒是很積極讓我們升級了，我們也升級服務還是這麼差，然後checkout的時候我們本來以為很快，結果一個年輕的女的搞了半天把她同事找過來，我們還以為是有消費，結果她又不知道從哪拿了另外別的人的房卡説和我們的對不上，直接問我們是哪個房間的不行嗎？而且給了她兩張房卡，她給我變除三張，我們還要趕飛機，説了很急，還在那搞半天，另外酒店水壺也是壞的，讓換啦又是壞的…折騰了一下午，午覺都沒法睡，衹能説酒店徒有其表，內在爛透，還有房間裏打掃可能噴了很多消毒的，窗户也打不開通風…

Expérimentation très confortable de la maison, transport confortable, restaurants voisins de choix de plats, espace large et propre, bonne voix, bonnes boissons d'accueil et bon service du personnel.

We arrived very late at the hotel but the arrival experience is superb. We book Matlid King room at room 105 , the room is very spacious and very advance IOT use in the room eg: electric curtain, lighting & air conditioners. The bathroom is very beautifully decorated with blue & gold tiles with big bathtub enough for 2 persons to soak together. Bathroom Experience: 10/10 They provide very comfortable bed, mattress, pillows and blanket. We had excellent 3 nights rest The hotel serve most delicious breakfast with lots of various options to choose from, I can say one of the best Breakfast for our this Europe trip. The staffs are very attentive and well-trained. breakfast Experience: 10/10 A must try dinner at Wolfgang Puck if you stay here, the chefs are super talented to create delicious art dinner. I enjoyed their Door to door cocktail as well.

Les clients du petit-déjeuner, très occupés, étaient pressés de prendre leur repas et d'attendre une demi-heure pour une omelette, car un seul chef devait gérer six commandes à la fois. Une seule machine à café. L'hôtel ne semble pas vouloir s'améliorer. Un chef cuisinier plutôt arrogant, mais un gérant de restaurant très sympathique. Cependant, le personnel, y compris la réception et le service d'étage, ne répond généralement pas aux normes attendues d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Points positifs : un emplacement privilégié avec une vue magnifique sur le fleuve et le château de Buda. Une très belle salle de sport, au passage !

Wonderful hotel with an amazing location. Radisson Basilica is hitting all the right things - newly opened and modern but also with a great staff, especially the reception. One thing I must say, cleaning team is also excellent and professional

À mon arrivée, on m'a annoncé que le petit-déjeuner était combiné avec un buffet et un menu. Cependant, pendant le petit-déjeuner, lorsque j'ai demandé le menu, la serveuse m'a conseillé de prendre simplement le buffet, affirmant qu'ils avaient un large choix (ce qui est faux, le buffet étant très limité !). J'ai ensuite essayé un autre serveur portant une boucle d'oreille et demandant le menu, mais j'ai également essuyé un refus. Après avoir terminé mon petit-déjeuner, j'ai remarqué que d'autres couples blancs commandaient à la carte. Je ne sais pas si c'est de la discrimination de la part de l'hôtel. Mais j'ai réalisé que tous les clients chinois n'avaient pas la possibilité de commander à la carte. J'ai demandé une enquête, mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse, quelle expérience décevante.

Our recent stay at the Pullman Budapest was largely positive, though with a couple of minor hiccups. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the fantastic service and the hotel's unexpected kindness in upgrading our room. The room itself was quite stylish and comfortable, featuring a clean, minimalist aesthetic with a large, inviting bed and crisp white linens, as seen in the photo. The artistic wall mural behind the bed added a unique touch of warmth and color to the space. The bathroom, which appears to be integrated into the room's design, was modern and well-appointed with a sleek sink and ample towel storage. However, our initial experience was marred by a blocked sink in our upgraded room, which, while frustrating, was resolved within two days. Another somewhat unusual incident occurred late one night when we requested a refill for our water bottles; we were asked to bring the bottles down to the reception for refilling, which felt a bit unconventional for a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor issues, the Pullman Budapest proved to be a decent hotel, offering good service and comfortable accommodations.

Le magasin de l'Aurea Ana Palace est un ancien bâtiment reconverti. Il se trouve à proximité de la ligne 2 du métro et de la ligne 2 du tramway. Depuis la porte, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au Parlement et admirer au loin le Bastion des Pêcheurs. Les blocs environnants sont très hauts. Une analogie en Chine est de vivre à côté du Grand Palais du Peuple. De temps en temps, vous pouvez rencontrer des dignitaires vivant ici. La chambre ordinaire dans laquelle j'ai séjourné avait une grande cour pour la ventilation. Le personnel de service ici aidait à plier les couettes et les vêtements tous les jours. Elle était relativement propre et les installations de salle de bain étaient relativement haut de gamme. Le service de la réception est très sympa : si vous réservez en ligne des billets pour des concerts et des visites du Capitole, vous pouvez demander à la réception de les imprimer. Il y a ici un restaurant avec un portrait de la princesse Sissi, qui est vraiment magnifique.

Perfect location. Great staff. Room a little outdated in some places but still a great place for my hubby as he is disabled. Tram stop is outside of the hotel and we can see the Chain bridge from our room. Enjoyed our weekend break. Participated in the Wizz Air Half Marathon.
