⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno indimenticabile a Mauritius Mauritius ci ha regalato emozioni che porteremo sempre con noi, ma ciò che ha reso questa vacanza davvero speciale è stata l'accoglienza e l'eccellenza dell'hotel. Camere eleganti e curate in ogni dettaglio, una cucina raffinata con sapori locali e internazionali, personale sempre sorridente e disponibile, spiagge da cartolina e un'atmosfera di assoluto relax. Ogni momento è stato pensato per farci sentire coccolati: dal servizio impeccabile alle esperienze offerte, tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative. Un luogo che consiglieremmo senza alcun dubbio a chi desidera vivere Mauritius con il massimo del comfort, del lusso e dell'autenticità. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio semplicemente perfetto.

the hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in my life ... it was only 3 nights, but fortunately, it was filled with much joy and many beautiful memories with my wife ... my wife and I were very satisfied, and we were sorry to leave the hotel .. I recommend it to everyone

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Bonne lune de miel. Le personnel est sympathique et le service est excellent. Le surclassement gratuit de la chambre était super aussi. Hautement recommandé.

L'hôtel est excellent, un grand espace avec un terrain de golf, il y a plusieurs cafés et restaurants de différents formats sur le territoire

L'hôtel est relativement récent et très proche de l'aéroport. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont très bons, avec des styles riches et de bon goût. Le service est moyen et l'efficacité est faible. Il a beaucoup plu le jour du départ. Notre vol est parti vers 9 heures du matin. Il n'y avait pas de parapluie dans la chambre d'hôtel. J'ai appelé la réception trois fois et cela a pris 20 minutes. pour que le parapluie soit livré tranquillement du côté opposé de la pièce, à la balustrade ? Ou nous l'avons découvert nous-mêmes après avoir ouvert la porte. La formation du personnel est insuffisante.

L'hôtel se trouve à environ une heure de route de l'aéroport. Il est vaste, avec une longue plage et une vue magnifique sur la mer. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et impeccables. L'hôtel compte quatre restaurants, chacun avec son propre caractère. Le dîner était inclus dans le prix de ma chambre, et je pouvais choisir celui que je voulais, ce qui était très pratique.

Très satisfait de l'hôtel, conduire à l'hôtel sans sortir de l'hôtel, il y a du personnel qui ramène à la chambre pour y séjourner. La piscine de la chambre est vers la mer, le paysage est très beau. La chambre est grande, il y a deux chambres, nous avons deux personnes qui séjournent dans une des chambres n'a pas été. Le paysage de l'hôtel est très bon, il est rarement très propre et le service est très bon. Parce que le repas n'est pas habitué, le dîner choisit une aide à la personne pendant quelques jours, et c'est également bon. L'hôtel a une plage exclusive à l'autre côté de l'île de Liu, avec un transport de bateau particulièrement pratique. L'hôtel dispose d'un beau terrain de golf, le nouveau-né a joué gratuitement pour un moment, je me sens bien. Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait, recommandé

Notre séjour au Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness a été parfait du début à la fin. De la propreté aux équipements, tout était excellent. L'endroit est magnifique et d'une grande tranquillité. Un grand merci à Karan pour son service exceptionnel. Il nous a accueillis chaleureusement, toujours avec le sourire et une grande attention aux détails. Grâce à lui, notre séjour a été encore plus mémorable.
