Service is ok, but the room is pretty small, like Hong Kong style, food is good.

Чисто, уютно, хорошее расположение. Советую брать номер с балконом.

洗手枱太小了，放化粧品的地方都沒有。房間燈具也簡陋。

Шикарный вид на Казбек, когда облачности нет)) есть паркинг

到卡茲別克耍，一定一定不要報一日遊，因為你根本沒有時間步行看最美的風景，最好的選擇是當天從第比利斯坐車過來，晚上吃一頓當地特色，酒店住一晚，第二天一早步行上山。這家酒店很不錯，雖然性價比高，早餐也很好。

服務特別好

Good location and view. Lobby area renovated to look trendy. Rooms very old and tired. No sound proofing so loud at night if light sleeper. Large tour buses use hotel for tour groups so breakfast can be hectic

Very small rooms with dirty walls. This is not a 4 star hotel. Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was good with the tipical Georgian fair. There is a nice outside terrace but the chairs had no pads, so a bit difficult to sit. The rooms at the front were a tiny bit larger, but the rude receptionist did not want to give us another room even that we offer to pay more. Nothing at all to do in town.

I lost my charger and enquired if the hotel has a spare. The guy on duty was not only unpleasant but sent me on a wild goose chase asking me to get it from the restaurant. The view from the hotel is beautiful but how beautiful it is, this does not make up for the rudeness of the staff.

Serene place. Great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room has stunning views of Kazbegi mountain. Breafast is execellent. Staffs were really helpful. Every area of the hotel is instagrammable.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous location with stunning mountain views. There is a large terrace with seating where you can have a drink and take in the views. Plenty of seating and even games and table tennis to keep you amused. The food was of a good standard. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was good - storage space was lacking - some shelves for example. This was our favourite hotel in Georgia.
