Beautiful historic home, with well appointed rooms and attention to detail. Perfect mix of historic charm, but also modern conveniences. Our suite had a comfy king sized bed and large modern bathroom with his and hers sinks, shower and a jacuzzi. Quiet, relaxing and lovely stay!

Garrett House is beautifully renovated and so tastefully decorated. Very quiet. In historic district. Great breakfast. Bed was comfortable. It was like stepping back in time. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful BnB... everything was excellent! Food and room was excellent. Owner was only a text away. Highly recommend!! Atmosphere of the place was amazing and the huge front porch was a perfect retreat after a long day to sit and sip coffee!

Bayberry is an absolutely beautiful Bed & Breakfast. The decor was amazing and it was very clean and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. It was like being at a home away from home! I highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Bayberry House Bed and Breakfast when we attended our granddaughter's graduation from Franciscan University. It was the perfect location in the Historic District of Steubenville. Scott was a gracious host and our stay was very enjoyable. Besides the well appointed, comfortable room and delicious breakfast, we especially enjoyed access to a lovely living room on the first floor to relax and read. My husband also really appreciated access to a computer, wifi and printer as well. It seems like Scott and Derek have given a lot of thought to running a B&B. I have to add that the front porch with comfortable rocking chairs was a plus and the landscaping is beautiful. The hostas and rhododendron were in bloom!

We stayed for Halloween. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Scott was a tremendous host and was very responsive during booking and our stay. Enjoyed our breakfast and conversation. Highly recommend this B&B!

When we visit our girls at Franciscan U. we stay at the Bayberry. It's warm, inviting and very clean. Eleanor's room was very comfortable , clean, and roomy. Scott always makes a delicious breakfast and enjoys talking with his guests. The B&B has a friendly atmosphere. Thanks Scott!!

We stayed for one night after going to a concert across the river in Burgettstown. I always seek out B&Bs when I can, and this one did not disappoint! The house is beautifully restored and amazingly decorated with period items. All of Scott's directions were very clear (check-in, parking, breakfast, check-out). I recommend Francesca's room. I don't know what the other rooms look like, but this one is huge. The bathroom is large as well, and the king bed is very comfortable. Really unique property. Will stay again if we're ever in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Bayberry House and Scott and Derek. Before, during and after our stay, they were so attentive to our questions and needs. When our initial plans changed and we had to make an adjustment to our reservation, Scott was able to accommodate our request. Our first day there, we realized that our room was very warm. I sent a text and Derek came right over to fix the issue. The house was cozy and inviting and we felt at home. We were not able to try the breakfast because we had to leave each morning before it would have been ready, but they allowed us to keep microwavable food in the refrigerator, so we could make ourselves breakfast. The bed was comfortable - there were two types of pillows, fluffy ones and flatter ones, so we could pick which was the most comfortable. So much attention to detail - as I said, I cannot say enough good things. Oh, and it was easily to find, not far off the main roads, but in a quaint neighborhood, and just down the street from two great restaurants.
