Exceptional hospitality from Gloria and Frankie , started on arrival letting us book in early, and just went on over the weekend we stayed. Beautiful room, high quality furnishings and attention to detail. Shower excellent, TV with all the channels, Netflix etc . Delicious breakfast, full English was spot on. A big plus for guests staying for a longer break is the use of a well equipped kitchen . They have really thought of everything to make guests comfortable. I’m no Man U fan but really close to Old Trafford football and Cricket grounds.

The rooms are well equipped with all you need to enjoy your journey. Regarding the breakfast, you can choose between British and Hong Kong breakfast, and you can also choose the time you want, and they will cook the breakfast for that time. We tried both options, and both are excellent. Gloria and Frankie are very nice and lovely people who will help you with whatever you need. They gave us some suggestions about restaurants and things to do and see in Manchester. They also help us to move using the subway. In addition to that, if you are a cat lover or a Manchester United fan, you will love this place and its decoration.

Frankie and Gloria were extremely friendly and helpful. The B&B is very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay again. Good transport to city centre - metro stop is an 8min walk so very good for late night events in town. Very close to Old Trafford.

Gloria and Frankie have been amazing hosts! They have been so welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The room has everything you need and is very clean. We loved having the tea and biscuits in the room. Toiletries are provided with fresh towels in a very clean bathroom. We were down for the Manchester half marathon. Gloria and Frankie were so kind and left a card and snacks on our return. Such a kind touch! The breakfast has been very tasty and a super variety to choose from. We will be back. Went for a Coronation Street tour in Manchester. Booked this B&B as it was situated conveniently close to all the amenities we required. Gloria and Frankie were very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was very well prepared and spacious. Breakfast was catered for our vegetarian requirements. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Sui Lung or Siu Fung. Over all our stay was very good and we would certainly return to this B&B on a trip to Manchester in the future. Thank you Gloria & Frankie. From Alex & Diane

This B & B is located very convenient, close to the city centre by public transport and for football fans, very close to Manchester United Stadium. Gloria and Frankie did everything to make our stay very welcome. It is very new with very high standards to make your stay very comfortable. HIghly recommended.

Overall excellent experience. Friendly, helpful and lovely hosts, nice room and excellent English breakfast. It is also within walking distance from Old Trafford and not far from tram/train stations. We will return!

What a fantastic little B&B, it has everything you want and more. Just stayed for 3 nights here and it was awesome. The attention to detail throughout the property was amazing! The rooms were beautiful and to a very high standard. Big comfy bed, and all mod cons...the ensuite was huge! Francie &Gloria are perfect hosts, they couldn't do enough for us. Old Trafford football and cricket grounds are within walking distance,there's a bus stop right outside and the metrolink is a 5-10 minute walk. Taxi's are also cheap to use...about £7.50 to the city centre, and £10 to The Trafford Centre. Will definitely be visiting again...fantastic stay xx

The best B&B I have ever stayed in, by a considerable margin. The hosts couldn't do more, and were welcoming and friendly. The room was coy, spacious , light and modern and the broadband service was excellent. The Bed was unbelievably comfy, and the waterfall shower was amazing. Breakfast choices were slightly limited, but everything was well cooked, however I would definitely recommend the authentic Hong Kong breakfast - was unbelievable good. If there were any recommendations, they would be to have a wider selection of cereals and croissants as part of the continental breakfast offering, and a sign outside that was visible (the B&B is difficult to find - I stood at the bottom of the drive not knowing if it was the correct location) Saying that I will definitely stay again, and am very much looking forward too
