Il a été oublié de faire un commentaire ici le mois dernier juste après ma visite. Hilton n'a jamais déçu. Bien que ce soit juste un court séjour pour une nuit, nous nous sommes sentis bienvenus. Diego était le meilleur des meilleurs de l'hôtel, il a réussi à nous faire check-in dans quelques minutes. Les chambres étaient aussi magnifiques, regardant le terrain de cricket. Bien entretenu dans toute la propriété. Le seul côté est avec le lit, il est relativement petit par rapport aux autres lits de taille King de Hilton. N'oubliez pas de porter vos propres pantalons comme ils ne fournissent aucun. Il est très bon de disposer d'un stock et de le rendre disponible sur demande (peut-être à un prix pour couvrir le coût supplémentaire?). Je serai certainement là encore quand je visite Manchester ou Liverpool.

La chambre était grande et j'étais si impressionnée par le lit et le lin que je les ai envoyés quand j'étais rentré pour trouver le maquillage. Le restaurant a été très bon, la qualité et les portions étaient excellentes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était un crédit.

the friendly attitude of all the staff from the hotel manager to the chefs made our stay extra special. all very good at their jobs and working together in harmony. the two that stuck out the most was a South African girl Sydney and her manager Alex who were always uplifting their team while working extremely hard to keep every area of the hotel at its best. literally never saw those two stop whether reception, restaurant, bar and even helping in housekeeping when we needed it we’ve never had such caring and hands on people take care of our stay and truly take our hats off to them. they also informed us of the hard working Jasmine leading in the kitchen when we ate in the Thyme restaurant attached, she made sure our food was quick and delicious all night. as well as Magda in housekeeping who never stops behind the scenes. thank you all we see you and are grateful for the experience you create.

L'établissement n'est pas neuf, mais plein d'un charme suranné. Il n'est luxueux, mais la chambre était grande et l'accueil à l'arrivée très sympa ! Le matin, l'hôtel propose le choix entre un petit-déjeuner anglais ou continental. Situé à Trafford, à côté du célèbre stade d'Old Trafford, il dispose d'un parking gratuit où on peut laisser sa voiture pour se rendre dans le centre de Manchester en tram en 15 minutes (en voiture, le temps est identique).

Hotel staff are great, friendly, professional - with a smile to greet. Ella was on the desk when I arrived, she was already on a phone call but acknowledged me and also let me know that she could start to book me in as she was waiting for the other company to answer, but if necessary would have to pause if the organisation answered. I was perfectly happy with that as at every point she kept me informed and apologised for keeping me waiting - even so, I was booked in and card key issued within 3-4 minutes of my arrival. I was impressed. Paul at the bar is also good - he makes a great latte and engages in conversation when applicable. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Very happy to recommend.
