Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford

No surprises, no delights. As expected so we booked a practical location, with parking ( didn’t realise overnight fee is £6 as often it’s free at Premier inn for overnight guests) and standard amenities. Bathroom shower curtains had some smell otherwise standard cleanliness. Breakfast a slight miss as most Premier Inn can do a better cooked English full breakfast. Given our purpose and location of hotel, we would stay again.

L'hôtel était propre, bien rangé, calme et bien organisé compte tenu du nombre de personnes séjournant à l'hôtel. Le personnel était agréable, prévenant et travaillait dur. Le seul inconvénient était les sols collants du bar / salle de petit-déjeuner. Bien que j'ai apprécié notre séjour, cela a juste donné l'impression que l'endroit n'était pas aussi propre qu'il devrait l'être. Je reviendrais

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel pendant que nous étions au football pour un week-end. L'hôtel est juste en face de Old Trafford. Bien que l'hôtel soit extrêmement occupé, le personnel était très serviable. Nous avons mangé au restaurant les deux nuits où nous sommes restés, la nourriture était excellente, tout comme le service.

Took my little brother for a tour around Old Trafford for his 7th birthday and stayed at this hotel and without a doubt, it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! First of all the staff are the friendliest, most helpful people that made our experience incredible. Sara and Sam went above and beyond to make sure that my little brother had the most amazing birthday! Once we got to the room it was filled with balloons and banners, along with a lovely happy birthday message for my brother, he was over the moon with the room after we had been travelling from early hours of the morning. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and once again, both Sara and Sam went that extra step to make sure my brother had the best birthday morning. They both came out singing happy birthday to him with birthday cupcakes and he was overjoyed! He talked about it the whole way home and he couldn't believe the effort everyone went to for him. Sara and Sam made him feel so special and I am so grateful to have met them. If you are thinking about booking this hotel then do it! We stayed in the hotel across the road before and would still recommend this one a million times over. The staff, the room and the food all 10/10. Already looking for an excuse to come back here again, and can not wait for it.

The hotel is very close to man united stadium. There is tramstop nearby and we were happy with our stay

Delivery by truck outside the room at 06:00. Spent a vet an hour unloading. Impossible to ignore or sleep through. Raised with staff. Not bothered at all

Very friendly and helpful staff with a special mention to Marie and Jade who were in the restaurant/bar which made our stay enjoyable with their friendly nature and nothing was a problem. When ordering food they helped us with recommendations and any requests we had with other options.

Amazing staff and extremely helpful and friendly. Marie, Jade, Alejandrao and Alex went out of their way to provied a great home away from home experience. Hotel food it's delicious with a large variety!
