Chambre vraiment petite mais correct. Hotel convient pour un court séjour

Malheureusement, le séjour a été très décevant. La chambre était extrêmement inconfortable et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud ; impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, ce qui était particulièrement gênant la nuit. On aurait dit que le grenier avait été aménagé en chambres supplémentaires. Il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre, mais cela n'a pas vraiment aidé. Le stationnement était également extrêmement difficile. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon hôtel. Nous y étions pour une nuit et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le service était très sympathique et les chambres étaient super propres. L'emplacement est également tout à fait correct.

À 5 minutes à pied de la station de S-Bahn Zuffenhausen. Petit déjeuner bon et suffisamment de places. Douche avec rideau de douche.

Nice hotel: clean and comfortable rooms, good value for money.

Had a great stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you don’t have WiFi, just ask about it at the reception and they will fix it.

Best hotel in Zuffenhausen for buisness travel and the area around is good after work for dinner etc.

Great apartments, extra clean and friendly staff.  Would recommend to place more curtains, sun and light disturbs sleep in morning. Also breakfast could have more options with something casual as omelette and sausages, but it’s fine for the price. Overall satisfied, thanks ❤️

They have changed their name to IHG they should have displayed a board because we had to spend almost 40minutes in finding thr novum bruy ad it was nowhere written and the parking is very very expensive!!

The location is quite really nice, it’s within 30 minutes of reach to most tourist attractions including Ludwigsburg. Ans the location is quite quiet and clean. The hotel is nice and clean but It doesn’t provide you with water or a fridge. The check-in is until 12 so feel free to take your time.

The hotel was outstanding. The price was great, the staff are nice, the room is big enough. There is service almost around the clock. We enjoyed the stay greatly and will definitely come back when there is a suitable occasion.

Great hotel to stay in and the front desk staff’s are extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel location is excellent. You be able to get more than 3 groceries stores, delicious bakeries with great selection plus eateries around the area. The Novum Hotel Bruy is accessible to varies subway stations. You may want to prepare for more coins in order to purchase the train ticket, cos some ticket machine is unavailable to accept note. Continued my stay from 19 to 21 May 2025. When we arrived, we encountered a bit of a language barrier as the receptionist's English was not very good. He couldn't give us clear indications about the parking. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, but I had an issue with the pillow. It was extremely soft and inconsistent, which made it difficult to get comfortable. I had to push it against the wall to create enough volume to be able to sleep... Another thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and body soap were combined into one product. This also gave a cheap vibe. During breakfast, a female staff member almost removed my yet-to-be-consumed plate without even asking. I understand that breakfast time was over and it's reasonable to stop serving food and beverages, but customers should be given enough time to finish their meals. I had to GRAB my plate to keep eating, which was quite inconvenient.
