Worst experience in this property. I paid high prices as comparative in downtown. Service is very bad. I'll not recommend this hotel.

Everything ok until I heard my daughter screaming. Found out, there's a cockroach in the bathroom died after she stepped. Room small, not suit for prayers. Aircond, they reset it. But still after that it warm back. My mom swet until the morning. The worker's are polite and nice. Tak ambil gambar, malas.

This inn was quite viral on tiktok due to the jacuzzi within one of the rooms. So I decided to give this place a try. Upon checking in, one problem I first noticed was that they required a rm100 deposit which could only be paid by cash and not credit card. After being told that there was a bank at the other end of the shoplots, I had to walk all the way there to withdraw the rm100 as I did not have enough with me at the time. After settling the deposit and receiving the room card key, I was finally able to enter the room. Well the room was not the cleanest as I found a cockroach in the bathroom and not to mention alot of dirt, flower petals and debris gushing out from the jacuzzi when i turned on the water. Quite disappointing as I had hoped for it to be at least decent.

Is pretty rundown hotel, however it’s still consider clean and tidy. AC is cold, shower pressure is fine. A night or 2 for a business trip is fine.

Were there late check in still inform room not yet ready. Bedsheet still have stains, bed headboard dusty as of attached bed wall as picture attached. Isolation not good, early morning start drilling and some hacking in hotel.

Staff helpful, have car parking facilities. TV channel mostly local fare. Aircon works well.

Room door got problem.staff take action very fast to settle it good work
