Hotel Pomorie Sun

Really great weather, hotel facilities were good especially the pool bar, the pool is quite big and plenty of sun loungers. Only issue there was the fact that people put towels out at night so all the best ones were impossible to get in the morning. Evenings in the sports bar were fun with karaoke, bingo and a different act each night. The biggest letdown was the food, I only had breakfast twice, no afternoon meal and one evening meal, the food was the same everyday and really wasn’t very good at all.

First and last time in this hotel, the rooms are not bad not good, the beds look like prison beds there is a thin sheet attached on springs with an extremely thin mattress, the food is awful i got food poisioning i was vomiting all night, and for some reason even tho we paid for all inclusive only one bar was free and the other ones were paid, and for the whole day there were kids banging on doors and screaming in the hallways, and the food is being reused , definitely not recommend

MY Brother /sister -law Nephew. Partner.and there 2 year old son. Stayed at disgusting hotel. THE POMERIE SUN THERE WAS COCKROACHES IN THE BEDROOM. MY BROTHER WAS BITTEN ALL OVER.FROM FLEA BITTEN ROOM.THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED.THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK.WATER CAME OUT OF SIDES. FOOD WAS INEDIBLE.THEY WENT ALL INCLUSIVE. AND HAD TO PAY OUT AGAIN TO GET DESCENT FOOD.WHEN WENT TO GET DRINK.5 FANTAS FOR HIM.WIFE FAMILY.WAS ASKED ARE YOU BATHING IN IT. I RANG ON THE BEACH WHO BOOKED WITH. CONNOR HAD ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING COCKROACHES ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN SPIDERS IN YOJR HOME. WE CAN DROP YOU DOWN FOR SELF CATERING. FROM ALL-INCLUSIVE. HOW IS THAT GOING TO HELP. I SAID HE THEY NEED TO BE MOVRD TO ANOTHER HOTEL. CONNOR SAID CANNOT DO THAT. YOU CAN CHANGE HOTELS 2 WEEKS BEFORE HOLIDAY. SO WE CAN SEE IN TO FUTURE OF THIS HOTEL. That when you get there. Would be cockroaches. Dirty room.shower not working Inedible food There t.v holiday advert is jolly holidays on the Beach This is no jolly holiday that you have worked for. There was cockroaches in the Bedroom.my Was never cleaned. the shower was broke.water was coming out the side. The food was inedible.they at eat out all the time.after paying for all-inclusive.my Brother went to bar to get 5 fanta orange for him and his family.they said are you bathing it. I phoned on the beach who they had booked with Connor from on the beach Said. Cockroaches are no different than having spiders in your house. My Brother was bit all over his body from this flea bitten hotel he would speak to hotel about food And would drop them from all-inclusive to self catering Is this Connor crazy They paid all-inclusive and to make the holiday and situation Better he would put them on self catering. I asked him to change them to another hotel He said he could not.can only Do that 2 weeks before your holiday.so how can you see in to the future.that your hotel. Is not fit to put pigs in And there t.v advert. Jolly holidays on the Beach. This is no jolly holiday. Which you work all year round. So Any one who booked this hotel for rest of season. CHANGE this hotel before you go. IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY. And there is not lock to keep children from getting out only Turn button.only 2 highchairs For 7 children when they were There.

we are still here at the moment and have booked to go home early food is terrible all inclusive drinks are terrible the place is just awful please whatever you do don't book this hotel you will spend way extra over your budget on eating out ect the pool bar is great it's not within all inclusive but those guys do make great drinks sports bar down stairs is great bingo every night and great atmosphere

Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight!

One of the worst hotel we stayed at. Very rude staffs, dirty facilities and DISGUSTING FOOD. We arrive to “all included package”. The lobby is the only place which looks nice and clean. After our check in, we went to our room, which was so dirty that we found dirty socks inside the drawer and under it, plus empty garbage and carpet very dirty. Staff serving drinks to the guest as they are doing a favour to us. The options are poor quality of everything from beer to juice. The snack bar is a joke. Slice of salame, bread, butter and tomato not well sliced and it is the same thing everyday. There is ice cream option if you are not disgusted of the way the leave the fridge where you can serve yourself. If you have stomach to eat what they serve. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in a buffet, which looks like the food was thrown. You will be luck if you find plates or mugs clean. The drinks including coffee are served in only poor quality plastic disposable cups, even for the restaurant where they meals are served. (I understand the plastic cups for safety at the pool area). We supposed to stay for 11 days and we decide to change hotels on the second day as we wouldn’t be able to stay in a place like that. We decide to cancel our staying and requested a refund for the remaining days. Luckily we found a much better resort and enjoy the rest of our holidays I wouldn’t recommend it. The place seems to be closing down and the staffs seems to have giving up on it.
