Got upgraded to junior suites, thanks to hotel front officer. Unfortunately, our room was very hot because it is on the highest floor. Bathroom was great with shower and bathub.

Nice place and room will come again next time. Thank you for the experience

Highly recommend the Superior Room for an affordable staycation. The breakfast service is nice. But, you have to be patient with the lift and make sure you double check the availability of the non-smoking room before making reservation.

No various food for breakfast and services slow to fulfill empty food ....room number 1001 is strange room with ugly design in bath room also narrow praking

nice hotel and nearby to attraction. I had work at West Surabaya but stay at the center was a great decision. Near to the cafes and restaurants. also you can meet the car free day on sunday morning! the bed at quest always excellent and minimum noise.

Satff are friendly checkin and chek out fast and easy.. Room is big and clean.

You can smoke inside the room.

Not bad. I really love the breakfast and the room is very comfortable
