L'emplacement est parfait et situé au centre, au cœur des centres commerciaux, à distance de marche de la plage et de la vie nocturne. Superbes chambres au 22e étage. Les lits sont très confortables et la chambre est spacieuse pour accueillir jusqu'à 3/4 personnes. L'inconvénient pour nous était que le personnel de la réception nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel lorsque nous nous sommes renseignés lors de l'enregistrement, nous sommes donc sortis pour chercher quelque chose à manger après notre enregistrement à l'hôtel, pour finalement trouver dans notre chambre une brochure faisant la publicité d'un café idéalement situé dans l'hôtel pour les clients. Je recommande vivement que le personnel soit informé de tout changement dans l'hôtel afin qu'il soit en mesure de fournir des informations précises sur l'hôtel aux clients. Le processus d'enregistrement et de départ était excellent, pratique pour les clients et le personnel, il n'y a pas de longues files d'attente à la réception👍🏾 Nous reviendrons certainement.

If you look closer, everything is quite worn out with many cracks etc in the room. Felt it was dirty. Also, restaurants/bar only opens on weekends...

We had a great time at Mantra in surfers. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There was an issue with the shower head , the water was barely coming out due to build up of limescale and an old shower head. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Overall a pleasant stay

We booked the ocean view room and it was nice! The hotel is close to the beach.

Nice clean good sized room in a very good location. The wifi being a bit slow unless you paid for fast was a little off putting

Nice hotel in good location but getting a little bit dated and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was pretty mid, the carpet was old and stained, the fire alarm above the bed kept flashing all night, the pillows were way too firm, the fridge in the room was super loud. The reception was nice though

That was so terrible. Totally different was what showed on photos.

Ned’s a good remodel. They are using very old photos. Does not look like that in person.

The check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to. There was paint peeling off, chips, cracks, unclean carpet, unkept room items. The clock was flashing random time, I didn't check to see if the TV was working, but it didn't mater, I wasn't staying in the room to watch it. The beds were very clean though, which I was relieved to see. The breakfast in the dining room was very nice, that was the saving grace. Won't be staying at this mantra again :(

Worst hotel. Room is two star standard. No higher floor was provided and no upgrade at additional price was accepted. Arrogant front desk manager. Totally dissatisfied.

Very old amenities, cabinets are broken. Sofa, table and carpets are quite old. Very thin curtains, doesn’t block any light in the morning. Barely any blankets for this weather, had to turn heater to 27 to keep warm at night. City view room gives us this view… Only good part is the location, close to tram station and beach.
