Évaluations de Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Atlanta Airport

Disappointing and outdated—this place could really use a serious makeover. We booked the Ramada Plaza expecting a comfortable stay, but it felt like stepping into a bygone era. The restaurant was closed for renovations (which we weren’t informed of in advance), so the "included breakfast" simply didn’t exist. To make matters worse, the front desk arranged a taxi to the airport for us, stating it would cost around $20. However, we were charged $35 by the driver—a total rip-off. Additionally, when we checked in, we were asked to provide a $100 security deposit for incidentals, which was also not mentioned before arrival. Overall, this stay fell well short of our expectations, it definitely doesn’t live up to the Ramada brand we expected.

The room was really bad Specially room number 305 and the rug was smelling, This property was built in 1980 and it’s about 44 years old! Need to improve the conditions of the room and the staffs were nice they helped me change the room and requested not to go for the cancellation.

It’s okay for 1 or 2 nights! To travel to the airport back and forth it has a shuttle

I loved it they just charge to much honestly. 150 deposit, 35 late checkout, 35 extended check out. Ice machine broken

The booking describes of the room was a double room double bed complimering breakfast room at a higher price, and the hotel did not have double beds double room or complimerry breakfast Which I was not compensated for The room had contact Lenses Stuck on to the bathroom counter We stayed 3 nights we was not given extra toilet or paper towels Other guests complain of having roaches in their room which I also seen rooches in the hallway As I was checking out another customer complained about the toilet paper situation to the point that the manager called police on that person As me and my guest walked out of the hotel we was approached by police officers and my guests was put into handcuffs I asked the manager to come outside so she could pinpoint who she actually called the police on and she refused to and said it was not her problem

Almost lost my flight because of the shuttle bus.

Worst service I ever had the hotel smelled like dolls and cows carpet filter bed dirty bathroom nasty nothing's working worst trip ever I would never ever use it again book my airline through you guys also the person that call they self helping me can I help me at all they changed my coming home flight a day early made me miss the flight not knowing I missed it now no one knows where the money's at where's the confirmation is worst trip ever never ever with you

The Place was peaceful and clean and the Receptionist were nice ❤️

The location was good near to the airport and they have transportation services from 6 am to 11 pm then you can go to MARTA airport station and move. Many restaurants and fast food walking even foods marts. The bad things are: too many homeless and people with bad actitud in the street, the hotel needs deep cleaning services to all the areas urgent.

Tuve una situación con el traslado que por lo generalmente en esa zona no hay forma de llegar si no es con un shuttle, esperé por 1 hora más o menos pero el transfer nunca pasaba así que tuve que pagar para poderme acercarme al hotel, al llegar la recepcionista me indica que había informado a todas las plataformas que no tenían traslados y que por lo mismo no se hacían responsables, esto fue un dolor de cabeza pues solamente iba a estar por un par de horas en el hotel para descansar antes de tomar mi vuelo que salia ese mismo día, la recepcionista también me dijo que si no me parecía que cancelara la reserva, el peor servicio al cliente que he visto, la situación nunca se resolvió teniendo que pagar nuevamente un taxi para regresar al aeropuerto, si hubieran querido compensar el mal rato pudieron haber no cobrarme el costo por entrar temprano y tomando en cuenta que la habitación iba a quedar libre durante la tarde para poder nuevamente venderla , ellos no salían perdiendo a parte que ni jabón ni champú había en la habitación
