Grandmas Cottage
This was a cute little cottage right on the water. Was perfect for our lacrosse tournament this past weekend and we would stay here again if we ever come back to DE for a tournament. Realxing evenings sitting by the firepit watching the water.

The cottage was quaint and met the needs we had just fine. Great working heat and plenty to cook with if desired, coffee was fantastic! The only unexpected thing was the house located directly next to the cottage (I’d estimate less than 12 feet to the left). In the original photos I saw that convinced me to book, it appeared the cottage was more private than it actually is, but we still had an overwhelming positive stay!

Warm, cozy and clean
Enjoyed my short stay of peace and quiet that I needed for a few days away to focus on a project. The place worked out just fine. The home was very comfortable and clean.Its added convenience to local commerce was a pleasant plus. Finally, the host was responsive and very accommodating Thanks again Helen, Happy Holidays!

Never Disappoints
This is my 3rd stay at Grandma’s Cottage and it didn’t disappoint. It’s quaint, convenient to all things Milford, Dover and the beaches. I consider it my home away from home when I am in the area. I’ll be back.
