Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

La chambre est très confortable et vous avez un petit déjeuner. Nous sommes en pleine rencontre avec des hôtels de chaîne, alors que nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre, nous savions tous deux que cette chambre était plus petite qu'une chambre standard, malheureusement notre prix pour la chambre non plus petite. La grandeur de la chambre les aide à 1 chaise et le seul stand de nuit est 1 entre les deux lits et il n'est pas très grand (pas de compartiments ou de tiroirs). La chambre est très bien placée pour vous aider à sortir de la maison. Une autre question de confidentialité, la porte n'a pas de verrouillage, si quelqu'un ferme la porte du coffre-fort, ils ouvrent la porte de la salle de bains! L'autre problème avec cette installation est la sécurité, j'avais ouvert la porte de la salle de bain et tout comme je sortais de la salle de bain mon mari ouvre la porte du coffre et j'ai la main attrapée dans la porte. La dernière question est une question très grave de sécurité, à environ 4 heures, toutes les alarmes de fumée ont échappé sur notre plancher entier (et je crois tout au long du bâtiment. Dire qu'elles étaient lourdes est une sous-déclaration. Mais la pierce lourde est ce que vous voulez si il y a un feu mais Ce que vous voulez aussi, c'est des instructions comme nous devrions faire. Les alarmes étaient en marche pendant au moins 20 minutes. Nous avons essayé de plusieurs fois de téléphoner au bureau frontal et personne ne répondit! Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

En tant que membre de Bonvoy, j'ai séjourné à l'hôtel partout aux États-Unis. Ce n'était pas l'un des meilleurs. Bien que je comprends qu'il s'agit d'un village de resort, octobre est la deuxième saison, et pas la première saison d'été quand un hôtel comme celui-ci serait emballé. Nous avons fait le check-in le jeudi. Nous n'avons pas eu de service de la mairie jusqu'à ce que nous nous sommes sortis lundi, pas même pour empêcher le déchargement. Nous avons arrêté au bureau frontal pour obtenir des sacs de décharge pour pouvoir changer les sacs de décharge. Le bureau de la frontière a dit de mettre le débris dans la salle, où il s'est assis pendant plus d'un jour. Nous avons trouvé des chips de pommes de terre qui n'étaient pas à notre place par le divan, le drapeau de robe n'était pas fermé, l'éclairage était très sombre dans la chambre, il n'y avait que des curtains très clairs dans les fenêtres avant, donc il n'était ni sombre ni privé dans la chambre à aucun moment et très Le salon est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas grand, la nourriture d'orange était extrêmement aqueuse, les « omelettes » étaient micro-ondes avec fromage transformé, pas beaucoup remboursable ici. Dépensez quelques dollars plus et restez à un hôtel de meilleure qualité. C'est NU un hôtel que je choisirais de rester à nouveau.

Where to start. 1st off, someone at booking.com told me that all rooms were non-smoking and that people were guided to the nearest smoking area. LIE. My special request was non smoking. They almost made me turn around and drive another 3.5 hours home. But they ”pulled strings” and got someone to switch with me for non-smoking AFTER telling me that I could go somewhere else the manager called....wanting me to pay another 500$....I said no way. The floors were absolutely DISGUSTING! My 1 year olds feet, legs and hands were BLACK from dirt and grime. The bathtub floor was stained grey from it, too. They do NOT shampoo the carpets. Ever. There was crayon marks all over the rooms. Very badly patched areas on the wall. Doors were busted....like won't even shut/latch busted. The bathroom didn't even have a fully functioning knob....half of it was missing. The people over top of us came in at like 12 am. And their kids were running around like crazy. Stomping. My daughter called the front desk, he said he'd take care of it. It went on for another 20-30 mins. So I had to walk down here, where as he said he walked next to the room and didn't hear anything, so I had to threaten to call the police if they didn't do anything about all the ruckus. (It was 230am.....) The bathtub drain was clogged with other people's gross hair and it drained slow because of it. I asked a staff member for a few extra trash bags because I didn't want room service in the room and I have a baby in diapers, that way I could take them out to the trash reception outside and dispose of them. He asked what room and never came...... Breakfast was nothing but junk food. They could offer eggs, waffles, sausage, bananas, apples and yogurt instead of just tiny junk muffins, donuts and other breads and cereal. My son found 2 loose screws somewhere. How great. No wifi. There was trash stuck/left between the fridge (which needs updating, btw....) and the cupboards. The fridge was old and the light kept flickering when it wanted to work.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon dans le fait que nous avions des céréales, des waffles, des œufs, du bacon et du sauce. La vue de notre chambre était le parking et un village de retraite, mais vous n'êtes pas là pour la vue.

Our room was clean and breakfast included eggs, sausage, pancakes in addition to home made oatmeal, breads etc. However, I miss not having a coffeepot in our room. The response was coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. However there are no decaf options in the evening. I was sent next door to the Starbucks to purchase two decafs that set me back $8.50. I asked for referrals to local restaurants for dinner. Neither of the staff had any ideas except to send me to Rehobeth aprox 20 miles away. Our room did have a small refrigerator but it did not have a freezer. There were no microwaves in the room. So in summary, although clean and reasonable priced, I will not be staying at any Trus in the future.

Where to start. 1st off, someone at booking.com told me that all rooms were non-smoking and that people were guided to the nearest smoking area. LIE. My special request was non smoking. They almost made me turn around and drive another 3.5 hours home. But they ”pulled strings” and got someone to switch with me for non-smoking AFTER telling me that I could go somewhere else the manager called....wanting me to pay another 500$....I said no way. The floors were absolutely DISGUSTING! My 1 year olds feet, legs and hands were BLACK from dirt and grime. The bathtub floor was stained grey from it, too. They do NOT shampoo the carpets. Ever. Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!
