Very appreciate for the room upgrade ! The room is clean and sanitary, the bedding is comfortable, there are various thoughtful gifts, the environment is very good, and love the decoration style very much. The most likely is Xiao Guo at the front desk is thoughtful and enthusiastic, when we arrived and check out actively asking for needs and carrying luggage. The price and performance ratio is very high !

入住體驗非常好，房間也很乾凈，整個酒店的色調氛圍我很喜歡，前台都很有禮貌，誇誇小郭服務很熱情，一個好酒店真很給旅行加分，蘇州雖然下雨，但也玩的開心，園林都很美，下次有機會再來的話還會選擇這家。

真實感受，地鐵到酒店，很好找到。酒店的風格很喜歡，還有機器人送外賣。
入住酒店，小李很熱情，每個人都很非常熱情，見面就打招呼。
孩子和老公一直好評檸檬水，酸梅湯口感不錯
定的親子房，比較難定，最好提前預訂，房間很乾凈，隔音效果很好，晚上睡覺很安靜。孩子也睡的也很好
房間還準備了搖搖馬，挺可愛的😀
交通也很便利，旁邊就是觀前街，去各個景點都很方便，晚上宵夜也是出門就有。平江路就走着過去的，邊走邊逛，
獅子林，蘇州博物館，拙政園，也是走過去的，坐地鐵快一些，但想着邊走邊逛，就慢悠悠的轉轉。
有機會再來蘇州，還會選擇這家酒店，據説還有很多風格。

一家三口出來玩訂的家庭房，攜程網訂的，主要是看評價好才選擇的這個店，果然沒讓我失望，各個方面都很棒，從服務上，環境上，床品上，洗漱用品上都得到了很好的體驗，主要是服務上很熱情，管家給推薦周邊的美食和遊玩攻略，離店時還贈送小零食，非常好的次體驗！

酒店大廳挺大氣，設施也很齊全，大廳有提供檸檬水 酸梅湯咖啡，前台服務都很積極熱情，小郭服務也很周到會主動耐心解決問題，酒店有機器人叫外賣也很方便，房間床品很舒適，乳膠枕頭很舒服哦，房間配備有小冰箱裏面有零食，還有安睡包也都是免費的，投屏也有免費的會員，裝修也不錯，周邊離景點出行都很方便，走路能到，停車場地鐵口都很近，整體位置還是不錯的，點贊

酒店給我留下了深刻印象！裝修很獨特位置絕佳，周邊商圈繁華。房間不大，倒是乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中，智能燈光系統很有科技感。服務更是一大亮點，從前台到保潔人員都熱情禮貌，尤其是小李很好，主動幫忙提行李。總體來説，非常適合商務出行和家庭旅遊，端午假日預訂的，返程路上再看價格減了一半，畢竟假期，還是推薦！
